was fitted for a different axis due to her change of her astigmatism and recieved a free trail pair of contacts. We give our patients three months to come back if there not happy with there new rx. After the 3-6mths vision can change. Ms. [redacted] insisted that we put her back into her old prescription. I had told her that she would have to see the docter due to her medical condition. Her medical condition can change her vision. She could have bleeding behind her eye etc. She refused and kept calling with threats. She wrote on [redacted] the same thing she wrote to you. I called Ms. [redacted] after being bulled into just giving her her old rx and exchanging 2 boxes she had left out of the 6 boxes she purchased. She was happy with the end result.
