Jewellery Clinic

Have been to these folks twice and they went way above and beyond the call of duty to help me sort out my gold/silver jewelry...then I had repairs and things that needed doing, and I was able to use the gold and silver I gave to them against my bill. Hugely helpful, and reasonable; I wouldn't have been able to afford it all otherwise.
Second time, they went through what I had for gold/silver, we put it against a designed ring...The ring is GORGEOUS and I couldn't have asked for a better ring. They saw my vision even though I cannot draw. *smile*** Their workmanship is impeccable and exquisite.
I was able to get a new ring to go with my engagement ring; it looks great; and I also had some engraving done and it was much better than the job I had done prior and Jewellry Clinic took out a dent in my ring which *** left on my ring when they engraved it with not such very visible engraving.
Thankful that Jewellry Clinic could fix this, they look much better, and we feel better wearing them in memory of our son.

Working in film doesn’t give me much time to get things done. Then there’s Christmas shopping. Time to get it done. First stop, jewelry clinic by Guildford mall. I walk in and right off the bat both women behind the counter started doing what they do best at helping me get a necklace to match the one I have.
( for my gf ). For whatever reason she takes it and wears it on the weekends. Enough of that, time for me to get one for her. Anyways these two angels behind the counter start going through catalogs, taking measurements, weighing the chain. Taking picture of crucifix to hopefully find one close enough. They definitely did their job and called me to come pick it up the next day. They went beyond what any other jeweller would have done. They matched the necklace and unbelievably nailed the crucifix ( no pun intended) identical. With that kind of customer service, I will be a committed customer to jewelry clinic because of these two lovely ladies that took the time to help me knowing that I didn’t have the time to fulfill this order on my own.
