for causing them stress, weddings are difficult with all the planning and we can’t imagine how much more difficult we made it for them. I asked the customer to please email us a picture of the engravingThis is what it should have been: Sportpark (Having the word and date opposite of each other inside the ring)The customer initially received a ring with Troilite markingWe were not sure how it was left out in her consult, it is policy that we discuss it in consults; we gave her the perfect meteorite option at no charge as per her request(Aug 1st email)The customer was offered a standin ring as her new ring would not be made on time for her weddingThe standin ring was shipped on August 28th, and not on August 6th as it should have goneMy customer service personal was written up for this error as it was a grave mistake, unfortunately the standin that was sent on August 28th, did not arrive on time and got stuck in customs; we not sure why, as all the paperwork was with itPlease let us know if we can send them the shipping labels to repair the engravingHowever, if they are to locate a company that can remove the engraving in the titanium and work with meteorite, and re-engrave it; can they please provide us with the pictures of the ring before and after, along with the invoiceThen I would be able to refund the services for them, as that would save them timeAlong with an additional 20% refund, for their time and frustrationWe want our customers to be happy with their rings as I have statedI hope that we able to work together to find a solution for them.
