I have frequented Jewelry Design for yearsJay, the owner is one of the most honest people I have ever known I have had the same jeweler help me there for the last yearsI would not trust my jewelry to any other store They do business the old fashion way, and always satisfy They are truely, a hometown jeweler!

I had my ring enlarged there and they broke and glued the middle onyx, when I realized it was cracked and gluedover days later the owner JAY GULATI said he would not fix it because I could not prove he broke it
well it fell apart December 17, and after going to his store to see him, he went ballistic and told my husband and I to leave the store in ten minutes because he was calling the police
I WILL TELL AS MANY PEOPLE THAT I CAN THIS IS A HORRIBLE BUSINESS, THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO DO BUSINESS IN THE VILLAGES FLORIDA

Jewelry Design examined my wedding ring with the intent of repairing a prong which held a small diamond chip - the chip fell out of the setting. After evaluating this request the jeweler also noted that 12 additional prongs were defective and needed to be repaired for $550. The jeweler stated that if I did not have the ring repaired I was strongly advised NOT to wear the ring and place it in a bag immediately.

I actually took the ring to another jeweler and had the chip/prong replaced and repairedfor $50. After this was completed, the ring was clisely inspected under magnufication by two different jewelers who both stated the ring was fine and there were no damaged prongs.

I have frequented Jewelry Design for 15 years. Jay, the owner is one of the most honest people I have ever known.
I have had the same jeweler help me there for the last 15 years. I would not trust my jewelry to any other store.
They do business the old fashion way, and always satisfy.
They are truely, a hometown jeweler!
