1) The jewelry that was given to the client included five 14KT stack-able bands, two of the bands were diamond bands, and the other three were different gemstone bands that included one which was Blue Topaz, another Peridot, and last Aquamarine.2) The customer has been provided the correct goods in
full-faith, with the exact criteria provided at time of purchase.3) It states clearly on the store receipt (3) that, "ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINALNO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE." 4) The customers intentions are malice and unfounded i.ebad quality, bands crooked, etcto use as excuses for a product that she does not want anymore. 5) It is our firm belief that we provided the customer with what she wanted, and it seems that the customer had a change of heartAt this point, we can not provide any further action for the customer, and the product has been provided in full-faith and correct guidelines. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. I spoke with the sales clerk and I stated my dissatisfaction to him and he informed me there was nothing more that could be done. Both items purchased were not completed as I requested and I've been forced to accept what I didn't pay for. The business received their full payment but I did not receive the items in the condition that I requested and paid to have.

been fully met and there is no issue (we are surprised to learn now from the customer, otherwise, as the salesperson when last speaking to the client was indicated to the salesperson that the client is satisfied with the accommodations)
3) The customer has been informed that the order is ready as per customer's satisfaction.
4) This is a non-issue, and no fault of merchant.
5) Special orders are FINAL and cannot be refunded as per company policy.
