Hello ***,Due to the fact that we had a limited number of sample body butters on-hand and several representatives that had expressed excitement over the new product, we offered only one free body butter with each orderWhile many other folks expressed interest in receiving more than one free body butter we also had to limit them to one body butter, and unfortunately, several did not receive any as we exhausted our sample supply very quicklyWe appreciate your business and can refund

I am not satisfied with the company's response since I do not believe I was ever properly notified of any quotas or the deactivation of my paid web commerce siteAlthough it is stated "We announced the quota on Facebook, in our Back Office, AND in our newsletter." I do not believe I received any email announcement of this changeAt the time I paid for my e-commerce store I do not believe it was documented about any quotasThis deactivation has happened twice and caused harm to my reputation since it appeared to be abruptThis is because I market it online dailyI have contacted the company directly with this issues with no resolution or proof of any said quotaI have no idea where on facebook I was expected to see the announcement

Here is more information regarding the free body butters below:Free Body Butter Sample - Limit 1 Per Order - Shipping fees will apply. Currently our settings will not restrict to "1 per order". If you add more than one to your order, only one will be included, to make sure as many reps get them as possible. If an error occurs and we run out of the scent you chose before fulfilling your order, a random scent will be included.
