his invoice to our address and we will replace it. The tungsten carbide wedding bands have a patent protecting them. We were an authorized dealer and we continued to sell Tungsten Carbide until the royalties were too high to justify continuing to offer the product. We do still and have always stood behind our warranty of these rings.  As far as the wearing portion on the tungsten carbide that is the nature of the metal. All tungsten carbide is a porous metal as that is the nature of the metal. We would have also, replaced the ring under the warranty, as long as we still have the ring to replace it with. As far as the unanswered phone calls I am at a complete loss on this one. We have been here and no one has a message from [redacted]. We also have a contact us on the website and would have returned the e-mail had we received it. I notice he states that the problem occurred in 2015 and he called in 2017.  Either way Bob Kolar would have happily contacted me had he known there was any problems. He is a long term friend and customer whom I speak with on a regular basis. I am extremely sorry for the problems that have occurred on taking care of this. I can replace the ring and the watch as our warranty states. I am attaching a copy of our warranty card even dated back to 2014.
