Review: I am contacting you about a business called Jewelry Trinket Designs. I had placed an online order with this seller for an item that I liked. The pictures and the description seemed legitimate, but I ended up receiving a completely different item in the mail. The seller by the name of Elizabeth Herren/Goins has been using pictures of authentic designer jewelry to sell counterfeit knock-offs. To make the story worse, after contacting the seller about this situation via a social network, she had responded in the rudest and most disrespectful of ways telling me that I was fully aware that it was a knock-off and that it wasn't misleading. I had filed a dispute with Paypal, which handled our transaction, to make her realize that what she did was unlawful and she stated there that I could send it back for a refund. I sent the item in its original box in new packaging via USPS Priority Mail with tracking in the hope that she would cooperate. Did not hear from her for days, so I sent her another message asking what had happened to my refund and the woman had the audacity to tell me that there would be no refund because the item came back broken. I have pictures of the item to prove that everything was in tact when I sent it back. But the seller went even further by saying that I deliberately pulled off the beads from the item out of revenge because I was unhappy with the whole transaction from the beginning. She currently has the item in her possession (which she can re-sell once more) and has admitted to me that she will not bother to waste her time on this ordeal any longer. From the start this person did nothing but lie and scheme me and I really want the Revdex.com to be aware of her unlawful practices. Telling a buyer to send an item back and to never refund them is wrong and unfair. And to assume that the buyer would damage the item on purpose before sending it back to the seller for a refund is totally absurd and constitutes slander. People need to be protected from such crooks.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate a full refund for what I had paid to this seller plus the shipping charges that I had to pay to send the item back. I paid her $31.99 and spent $5 for shipping the item back, which I feel she owes me back as it was her fault in misrepresenting the item and luring me into buying it. In addition, I want others to be aware of the seller's scheming business practices and I am contacting Revdex.com as a way to protect others from engaging in potential transactions with this seller.

Review: On 2/28/14 I placed an order online [redacted] for an item from Jewelry Trinket Designs using my [redacted] account. I never received the item and tried contacting the seller several times but she will not return my call or emails. I also contacted [redacted] and they said to try and resolve the issue with the seller and they set up a claim. They will not let Jewelry Trinket Designs sell their products on their site until this has been resolved. I want to resolve this matter by getting my money back or receiving my item. This is very bad business....Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the item I paid for or get a refund.
