[redacted] [redacted] Hello to whom it may concern, I am responding to case number ID [redacted] which was filed 12-22-The customer complained that we would not honor our year replacement battery even if she had a picture of the cardAttached to this email is a piece of paper we keep on our front desk for everyone to readIt clearly states that they need the warranty cardAlso, if you notice in her picture that she sent you of the card, it has numbers on the right hand side of the cardThe reason we need this card when we do the warranties is so we can write down that, 1.) the battery was changed again within the years, and 2.) so we can make note of any damage or problems we see inside the watch when we change the batteryWe can not do that just from a picture on a phoneThe customer must bring the card to usWe would never tell a customer that a picture would would, nor have we ever accepted it in the past Thank you, ***

The customer complained that we would not honor our 3 year replacement battery even if she had a picture of the card. Attached to this email is a piece of paper we keep on our front desk for everyone to read. It clearly states that they need the warranty card. Also, if you notice in her picture that she sent you of the card, it has numbers on the right hand side of the card.
