Review: Ordered a necklace for a birthday present for my grand daughter on April *, 2014 and still have not received it. I am not getting any responses to the numerous emails sent and voicemails left. Nobody ever answers the phone. The money was immediately taken out of my account but I have not received anything!Desired Settlement: I really wanted the necklace but at this point I just want my money refunded to my bank/credit card.

They stole 1709.99 from me I have no way to get it back they don't have the same number their site no longer operational

Review: I placed an online order for jewelry from jewelrybynet.com on April [redacted] and the payment cleared my bank on May [redacted]. I selected the expedited shipping (3-5 days) option on the website. As of May [redacted] the product has not arrived. I contacted them via the email system provided on their website within 2 hours to ask how long it takes to get a order receipt and did not hear back from them. Once my payment processed, I emailed them again asking for my order and shipping information and again didn't hear back from them. I called numerous times and was always sent to voice mail. Recently they took the 800 number off their website.Desired Settlement: I would like the charge to my card reversed.

Review: I placed an order April [redacted] and was advised via email, it takes 2 weeks to produce the item ordered and another few days to ship after the 2 weeks. It has been 41 days now, I have yet to receive an email notification or phone call in reference to my product. I have called numerous of times and have sent an abundance of emails and no one has returned any of my messages. They have charged me and yet I have no product.Desired Settlement: Send my order ASAP or refund my money ASAP.
