Review: I order jewelry from jewelrymax and received my package on July 17,2015. Upon opening the package I noticed that one necklace was broken, two other items where missing, and another necklace had holes in the setting. Also I received two additional pieces I did not order. I have contacted Jewelrymax a total of three times. First via email and other times by phone. No one has contacted me! The customer service number states that no one is available but leave a message and someone will return my call.Desired Settlement: Someone needs to contact me and I want a refund of missing items and broken jewelry.
