Review: I ordered a diamond pendant( 0.35.ct.tw) from Jewelry Nest on 12-**-2012, Order ID #[redacted], [redacted] for $790.00 and chain Invoice #[redacted] (re-sized to 18") at $60.00. I returned the pendant with insurance, certified and required a signature the first week of Jan. 2013. [redacted]'s Jewelry Nest Return Policy is full refund product returned within 30days. Called left message in ref to not liking pendant and wanting a RMA # to send it back. [redacted] told me to just send it back and not to worry about what the policy was to return. I told him by phone and emailed him I had read the Return Policy and it said you have to have a RMA# or no refund. All of this took place the first week of Jan. 2013, so I was still within the return time. He reluctantly gave me RMA# [redacted].. He received the pendant and it was signed for so starting Feb *, 2013 I still had no refund. Starting emailing/calling him in ref to my $850.00 refund. From mid Jan.2013-Mar.**,2013 I kept getting reasons as to why they could not refund my money. Then email from [redacted]'s assoc. [redacted] advising financial problems. She said they would have to refund me in payments. So, Mar. 2013 rec. $200 and email saying they would pay again in Apr. 2013. I sent email Apr. **,2013 saying they still had not made a payment and when? May *, 2013 I rec. email saying now they had computer problems and employee had stolen money so they could not do anything yet. Then in May 2013 I rec. another $200. I emailed June and July 2013 advising all that had been pd. was $400 and it had been 7mos. since I returned the pendant. [redacted] emailed me in Aug. 2013 saying again he knew he still owed $450 and he was still having business problems but was still in business. Then Aug **, 2013 I rec. $200. Have not heard a word from him since that payment. I have emailed no response, they have changed the name of the business and they still owe me $250.00.

An order was placed from [redacted] for a bracelet that was priced incorrectly, and I had to honor it (review was made by saying she never received a refund). [redacted] decided to order 2 items from JewelryNest, a pair of earrings and a diamond necklace, with the note that just said in case I do not like it, can I return it. I called her as I always call every customer, and directed her concerns and told her if for any reason the item is damaged or was described incorrectly, as listed under the company policy, we will take full responsibility and refund the funds plus shipping costs. As I explained to her, I had fraud transaction with a large amount of money earlier in the year, and I could not afford to lose money due to the major damage that happened to me. .

I stayed with her on the phone for half an hour as a courtesy and tried to allayed her fears. Order [redacted] was made on the site for $1113 early Jan., 2012 and shipped a few days later, the tracking # was emailed with a note to please let us know upon receiving it and your thoughts. If you are not completely satisfied, I will do our best to make you happy . I received an email back saying I would like to return it and I tried to call her to discuss it further but there was no answer.

Finally when I got to talk to her she demanded the full refund of $860. The refund should be less because I did not charge her shipping or the 15% restocking fee. I told her everything was as described. I receive the item and followed by email demanding the funds. I emailed her again and told her I would pay her in increments due to our financial hardship, she agreed and we have since paid her credit card a total of $600 at the same time my server received a lot of spams that prevented me from sending or receiving emails, but still our phone is listed and she can call anytime to resolve it. As she states she feels she is owed another $260. We will honor it but it should actually be less due to our covering shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. Just to reiterate, [redacted] was in contact with us, and agreed to the payments in installments.

Our business name is still the same, and I have no idea where [redacted] got the idea that name was changed. I wish to resolve this A.S.A.P and not to deal with her again, as I lost money on the whole transaction.
