On Oct30th, I purchased a StMichael Engravable badge medal, cost was $21.22, But they took out cents more from my credit card There was an error on the 1st shipping and it was returned to the company on Nov3rd, I contacted a [redacted] via Walmart-where I purchased it online [redacted] promised me the correct Medal would be mailed to my nephew [redacted] in TX Yesterday my sister opened a second box to find it was completely empty I immediately called Jewelrypot, [redacted] returned my call He told me that many times packages are mailed empty, I said that's unacceptable business practiceThat my nephew opened his b-day gift to find nothing there & I was very upset He tried to sell me another, I told him I demand a full refund-which has not been given yet I'm done doing business with a shady company Now that this has occurred, I found they are also scamming customers on AmazonThis business should be shut down
