Thanks for forwarding the customer complaintIn this matter we want to bring following to your attention.
Customer personally chose diamonds, quality, grade, style, design and metal which was to be used in this custom orderA reasonable variety of stones, styles and quality of our
workmanship was presented to customer for examinationCustomer very well knew what to expect from our companyHe was also told that working with platinum is more restricted than white gold since platinum is a very hard metalAll the details were noted and followed while making of his orderWe just followed his instructions and didn't added or deleted any material or specification of our choice or to our benefit.
During the making of this order customer requested us to get a third party appraisal after completion of his ringswhich we agreed to as a good faith gesturePlease note that providing this certification was never a part of initial agreementWe also agreed to pay for this certificationplease also note that these kind of certifications are not available for free to anyoneThe appraiser required weeks time to do the certificationCustomer was informed of this waiting period as this was something far and beyond our control.
Upon completion of the job, customer was updated about the statusCustomer visited us on september 26, to pick up the goodsHe had a thorough look at the pcs and was very happy and satisfied with the outcomeWe told him it will take another few more weeks to get a certification from a GIA certified gemologistHe declined our offer and asked us to deliver him the goods right away since detailed invoice was already issued to him and he was satisfied with the quality of the goods
We asked him to sign a delivery note which he did without any hesitation.
All the details of the merchandise are clearly mentioned on the invoice/agreement signed by us as well as the customerPlus customer also signed the delivery note that goods are made as per his expectation and he is totally satisfied with the dealAfter few days of taking te delivery Customer forwarded his concern to usWe advised him to bring the goods back and explain us what is that is bothering himWe also assured him that if there is genuinely a shortcoming in our work we shall take care itHe kept insisting us to promise him that we will make new rings before he makes any trip to usAt this point we had to tell him that we can't promise anything unless we can make sure that there is a genuine and valid problem with our workIf there was any problem with the goods we won't have delivered in the first placeTill this date we haven't heard from himWe also called him and tried to ask him what we can do for himhe said that he was busy and will call us when he would get a chanceWe haven't heard back from him since then
we are attaching all the documentation related to this transactionIf you have any further questions please let us know
