I rented from this company in I was forced to sue them for most of my deposit they kept under unlawful termsI eventually won and received my money but the landlord is a horrible man and business ownerThe landlord is disrespectful and the definition of a "sm lord"I was charged the cost of repainting the whole interior of the house after I was told by their repair man that after we moved out they would be repainting the interior of the houseThere was no clause in the lease about the tenants being responsible for repainting cost but after moving out that story was changedMy interaction with him was more than unpleasantI would NEVER recommend this company and I have dealt with some horrible landlords before
