Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The matter has not been resolved because Jewels has been dishonest and has altered my 18 carat solidgold chain. Jewels has not been truthful with me or Revdex.com.The fact is someone removed the 18 carat solid gold links and replaced it with hollow links. Also if youexamine the photos I previously sent, my chain was 18" long and the one they gave me is 20'' long. Iknew immediately the chain was much lighter. I questioned the salesperson and she said it was mychain. A day or two later I went to a reputable jeweler and he said the links were hollow. I returned toJewels and questioned them about the chain being altered and that the chain links kink and jiggle, whichnever occurred because my chain was solid gold and never kinked or jiggled. This is proof that the chainwas lighter. I showed Mike the owner the two pictures in which you can see the difference in thelengths of the chains. He said he could not duplicate that chain. Someone also replaced the lobsterclaw with a smaller 14 carat gold lobster claw. My claw was 18 carat and bigger to match the largerlinks. He insisted it was my original chain. The message from Jewels states I was "content'' with outcome of our conversation. This was not thecase at all. I told Mike he left me know choice but to file a theft report with the [redacted] Police. I did,but all the officer did was call the business and spoke with someone named Morrison and this got meknow where. Enclosed is a copy of the report.Since Jewels did this to me and obviously are getting away with it, they will do it to someone else. Whata shame. I can only hope sooner or later they will be caught and. arrested for deceiving and robbingcustomers of their valuable jewelry. I personally lost about $800 by doing business with them.I am grateful for your attempt to help me and I hope Jewels Jewelers will receive very poor publicity fortheir stealing and robbing me of my valuable chain.Sincerely.
Regards,
