I have dealt with them since May 7, which was when I ordered the first unk crossOn June 13, he called me to come in and fill out another form and pick out another solid gold cross because he didn’t like the company that I ordered the first oneIt has been weeks and I still haven’t received the crossI don’t believe they actually ordered the unk crossI would like to see proof that they actually ordered the cross and to know how much it wasI would also like to know where the cross is that I gave them to appraiseI would like that back as wellHe has no intentions of giving me back my property or giving me my unk cross I ordered

She came in and wanted the unk.  The mishap was the company sending out one thing and having to do a run for the particular unk she wanted.  It didn't come in like it was supposed to.  My dad, the owner, gave her money back like he said he would.  We still told her we would try...

to get the unk for her.  It has been a little time, but we are still waiting for them to send the unk back in.  I have been getting a bunch of phone calls from her and explaining this to her.

I was told the item was ready and went to the store and signed papers accepting it. The next day after inspecting the item I noticed the poor quality and called saying I want to return it. This is not the item I picked out.
