Hello ***, we apologize that you had a bad experience
with our consultant program. We do have
internal notation that someone reached out for a training call, but was unable
to reach you. You will be unsubscribed
from our list effective immediately.
Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse you for your kit
as per our policy, refunds are ineligible for used products and subscription
fees. Regarding your commission, we see
that you have a balance of $16.30. An
email from *** should have been sent to you to activate your card. We also see that a customer support
specialist emailed you with a link to instructions to activate your card as
well. As of today, your card is still in
pre-activation. Once you go through the
process to activate it, your funds will be available

We've addressed this issue directly with the customerMs*** *** emailed us to let her know she wanted to cancel an order,#***, she placedPer our policy, if an order is placed in "Pending Fulfillment",no changes can be made as it's been processed to the warehouse

I have ordered from multiple jewelry candle companies, but this was my first time for JewelScents. Two things I liked were that they had more than just candles and that you could choose your size. When I got my order in, I had ordered 3 candles and 2 aroma beads. I immediately got my rings out of the beads and to my disappointment saw they were identical. I emailed the company and was told too bad. I then burned my candles. They smelled good- but nothing special- and got those rings. There was one that I really liked and I wore it to work. I work at a desk- so there is nothing manual on my day- before the day was over- the stone was out and gone. I emailed the company again and was told they don't provide a lifetime guarantee. It was one wear- hardly lifetime. I am very disappointed in the customer service and quality.

Review: On July 20, 2015, I won a launch party through an individual & her sponsor, [redacted] (consultant for JewelScent), was suppose to pur[redacted] the winner a prize & send the item to them. I happen to be the winner. [redacted] & I corresponded for a little while, but she stop responding to my messages & I have never received my prize. I had assumed she was sending me the Cotton Blossom Classic Candle because I had mention what type of smell I liked in other conversations.

Anyways, I think it is rude of getting people's hopes up high & then get treated this way. It looks bad on JewelScent Company. She had blamed it on JewelScent for not sending my item.

I did contact someone above her. Linda N who was confused & thought I was a consultant. I am not a consultant. I am a customer who got to treated poorly. She offered me 10% discount on my next pur[redacted] because I also complained how I did not like their scrub ( no big deal). I am worried about the treatment from [redacted].

JewelScent did receive an email from customer [redacted] regarding the giveaway. We explained that since it was hosted by consultant, [redacted], we are unable to view the initial agreement regarding the prize. We do however, see that [redacted] did send out a candle to [redacted], then contacted us to change the shipping to herself. We apologize that [redacted] has not received the candle and would love to get it sent to her if she contacts us with her scent preference and ring size.

Review: I made an order online on June 14th. As soon as I placed the order I remembered a coupon code that I had forgotten to put in. I placed the second order with the coupon order. I then immediately sent an e-mail to cancel the first order. The first order was @ 8:50 pm and my e-mail to cancel it was @8:58 pm. I received an e-mail @11:22pm stating they could not cancel this order because it was already "Pending Fulfillment". I have called the company and they said I can send it back and they will refund me less my shipping cost. I have talked to a couple of people and they said because it was on the weekend they could not do anything about it.Desired Settlement: I want a refund including my shipping. There should be a way to cancel an order right after you make it. Just because it is the weekend should not mean you can not cancel an order.

Review: I was out of work and decided to try to sell the Jewelscent products. I was considered an independent sales consultant. I paid up front a start up fee of $79.00 and to purchase another scent $18.63. I also had some small commission of approximately $25.00 not sure how accurate the commission amount is as I was not paid this and cannot get in touch with anyone with Jewelscent. I notified the company that I was quitting as they did not live up to their end of the business. I was told by an agent on the phone that there would be support and training and customer service assistance whenever I needed help. After I paid the money I could never get anyone to contact me except for generic emails which I tried and failed to get a response. Now that I informed them that I wanted nothing to do with them and that I expected a full refund, because they never lived up to what they promised before I paid, NOW I am being continuously sent emails offering training and assistance when this is 5-6 months overdue. So I want them to pay me back the upfront fees and what I spent as I honestly thought I could make a small business with this.Desired Settlement: I would expect IF they are a reputable, which at this time I have my doubts. I want a full refund for what I paid out and for the missing commission. For the harassing emails which I now receive because I stated I was quitting and wanted a refund. I want to never hear from them again, after I get a refund. I feel very irritated when I open my emails and boom another email from jewelscent, another person offering FOR ME TO CALL IN TO A TRAINING SESSION in the evening. I would ask for more as this is getting to be a pain in the butt. I already requested this to them and was denied. So now I ask for your intervention.
