Jewett Cameron only makes the steel gate frames, not the picketsIt is not the frames that are the problem but the wood picketsWe told this gentleman that the installers used the wrong gate frame product and offered a discounted price on the correct sizeSo while we feel bad about his problem it
has nothing to do with our productAlso the fact that it was built wrong is the installers issue so that is where this complaint belongs

I am rejecting this response because: the pickets were installed correctlyThey warped because the recommended frame does not support the top or bottom of the pickets
Hello D***- It appears that the pickets have bowed, and that you may want to add additional support to the back of the pickets, or possibly a taller frame kit like our *** or *** that are 60” tall. From the pictures, it looks like your Adjust-A-Frame kit is set up correctly.
