Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below When I placed my order on May 17, I put in and verified the address of the cemetery the headstone was to be delivered to ( [redacted] *** The manager that I talked to yesterday said the package was delivered yesterday (July 28th) at 11am I called the cemetery to confirm they had received it but they did not get it I checked the tracking from FedEx myself to discover that it was delivered to some place in Haltom City, Texas! FedEx will not give me the address it was sent to since I am not the shipper I have left messages for Stone Plans but since they have yet to return any of my messages I will continue to call them They need to find my headstone and get it to the correct place Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I would like to publicly add that my money was not refunded to my until the Revdex.com had sent the company an email asking for resolutionI had waited business days for my refund, but NOTHING happened until the Revdex.com got involvedAt the point when Revdex.com sent an email, I had a refund the next dayThe company makes it sound like I had a misunderstandingI did notI was told that it would be almost impossible to get my stone shipped to the cemetery within my timelines, and the only way to even hope for that to occur would be to pay another to expedite my order.This company is dishonest, and doesn't assume any responsibility for their actionsI would not recommend them to anyone, in fact I recommend to friends and family that they be avoided.The only reason that I selected that the resolution is satisfactory is because, with the help of the Revdex.com, I have my money back.I am still getting automated emails about my orderI have flagged the email as SPAM with my email provider (***) Regards, [redacted]

The order came in with missing information and attachmentsThere seems to be some communication issue and misunderstanding with this orderThe customer assuming that we will not be able to deliver their stone with in their time frame has no groundsWe as a company has always made it a priority to
satisfy our customers need and being in this business for over years we understand the sensitive nature of the business and how important it is for our customers to have their memorial on timeWish we were given a chance and an opportunity to work with the customer and resolve this to their satisfaction. Hi The stone ordered was a custom size and non-standard which by our industry standard takes - daysAs headstone that are custom has to be special ordered and custom cut from quarry takes timeLike wise the pictures done by our company are manufactured in Italy and has its
international shipping time incorporated as wellAs you know that we have always did what is right for the customer and we will continue to do soCustomer satisfaction is our number one priorityWe have worked with the customer and solved the issue by offering a stone that is in stock for no additional costHer pictures are in as well Issue resolved. This stone was competed and shipped on 5/via FedEx, FedEx tracking # *** . When tracking it seems the stone was misplaced and they are trying to find it.Have been working with FedEx and customer trying to locate misplaced packageAlso we have filed claims with
FedEx regarding this issue and customer has spoken with them multiple times as wellFedex has not given a response if they are willing to give us any refund for the lost package As Granite headstones are expensive and time consuming to manufacturer, it is our company policy to find out what happened to the headstone that was already made and get an answer from shipper before we can process a replacementThis case FedEx has been dragging their feet in giving a response.Even though its not our fault, Considering Customer urgency, we have started processing a new replacement for this order, Order # ***It is under process, once completed it will get shipped.Thanks

The Customer ordered the stone but requested that we get a cemetery approval before we manufacture it Unfortunately getting a approval from Customer cemetery is not in our hands, We have been working with them and had issues getting it approvedParallel to that the cemetery does not want to
set the stone and we sell only memorials online and do not offer setting serviceIf Stone is the only service they want we can send it to them immediately, having to get it approved from 3rd party cemetery is the issueCustomer is issued a refund back to their credit card and will show in business days at the latest.Thanks

I have reviewed the response from the business and although I believe they could have done a lot more, I finally received the headstone ordered over months ago. Although I do agree FedEx was the cause of the initial problem I think the business definitely could have handled it better...I as the customer should not have had to call FedEx to find out what happened to the item that they shipped. In addition, they never called me to let me know that a new headstone was made and shipped..I have been calling for the past week to find out an update and it wasn't until this afternoon that I called and finally got through to someone that told me it was already made, shipped and delivered. They should have called me a week ago when it was put in to be remade about the resolution or emailed me the shipping information which the original order email promised on the day it was mailed. Although I am satisfied with finally getting my headstone I will never use this company again

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowIn response to Stone Plans, the headstone that I ordered was never a special order size, we was told by the sales person Shay, that the size we ordered was in the warehouse.The only communication about the headstones and picture frames was always done by myself contacting them to get the status report on the headstones and frames. When we placed the order on June 20, 2015, Shay told us that the two headstones and two picture frames would take 3 weeks. It was only after I contacted Revdex.com, that I got a answer on when I would get my parents headstone.  Then Shay claimed that it would then take additional week to get it finished. I kept getting different information on the where the picture frames were at. Shay would say well they'll be in this week, then it was a different story until I told Shay I am in contact with my credit card company and that they will get a refund of our money back. Then Shay informs us that picture frames are on their way and are in. On August 25th the double headstone for my parents was delivered to the cemetery in Richmond, Ind. Their were some incomplete work on the design, but at this point we are so done with Stone Plans, my parents picture frame was installed on Aug 28, 2015 and we picked up my other picture frame on Aug. 29, 2015. For a business like Stone Plans, I was totally disappointed in their practice, to be told different information every single time I spoke to them(Shay) was very stressful.  Yes we now have our headstones and picture frames, but I'll never give them a A rating. I am also asking the Indiana Atty. General to look in to their business. If I had not contacted Revdex.com & my bank, I feel we would still be waiting on our headstone and picture frames.My offer for Stone Plans is for them to tell the customer up front on when the products will really be in, and give better training to the staff( Shay) in keeping open communication with the customer as the headstones are being made.

Custom stone with porcelain picture that has to be ordered from Italy got the production delayed. Customer was contacted and this memorial order was shipped out to the customer. Requested resolution is made and resolved. product was shipped out via RL carriers tracking number [redacted] ....

 If there is any further issues we are here to help and follow through till desired results are met to fulfill customer satisfaction.Thanks[redacted]

At the point when Revdex.com sent an email, I had a refund the next day. The company makes it sound like I had a misunderstanding. I did not. I was told that it would be almost impossible to get my stone shipped to the cemetery within my timelines, and the only way to even hope for that to occur would be to pay another 100.00 to expedite my order.This company is dishonest, and doesn't assume any responsibility for their actions. I would not recommend them to anyone, in fact I recommend to friends and family that they be avoided.The only reason that I selected that the resolution is satisfactory is because, with the help of the Revdex.com, I have my money back.I am still getting automated emails about my order.
