Review: The Jewish Yellow pages contacted us last year saying that they were referred to us by another colleague which was a lie. We believed them when they told us about all the patients we would receive from them and the service they offered. We did not receive any patients from them and spent 2583 to market with them. We figured that we made a mistake and would not renew with them again. Last week we received a call from them saying that we owed them the same amount for this year and we told them we did not want the service. They said that it is automatically renewed and our renewal date was 2 weeks ago and now we owed them the full amount. I told them that we did not receive anything saying that it was time to renew or asking us if we wanted to renew and she said it was mailed in January. It is very convenient that we never received it and they call 2 weeks later demanding the amount. Also on the notes section they wrote that our marketing with them was to last until 6/**/2016. They originally told us that the books don't get printed until June so I told her since they haven't even made the new books we don't want to be in it. She said they would give us 40% off we told them we don't want the service at all. She said that we are stuck with another year because we didn't cancel before our renewal date. Since our add that we paid $2583 for isn't over until 6/**/2016 we should have plenty of time to cancel but she said we had to cancel it before 2/**. Then she told us we could make her a offer to get out of it. We said we would pay 500 and we wanted completely out of any of the advertisements. She said they would do it for $645. We told her that we want off of the website and out of the book and she said she had to put it in the computer system for another year. We told her over and over that we don't want to be on any of their advertising since they are so dishonest but she said she could only put it on for another year. This is the biggest scam and they are such dishonest people. So we already paid 2583 for the year service that we received no benefit from and now we got stuck with another 645 to get rid of them. If they do not resolve this issue I will also contact the attorney general about this. After the issue today I looked at reviews for them online and I have never seen so many reviews saying SCAM. That shows we are not the only people that have had problems and other people should not fall into the same scam that we did. We told them on the phone that this was dishonest and we would report them to the Revdex.com and Attorney General and she didn't care.Desired Settlement: We want a refund of the $645 that they said we had to pay for 2016 since it is February and our add that we already paid $2583 for isn't even up until 6/**/2016. Even though we did not receive any patients from their service we don't want the 2583 back since we signed for what we thought was until 6/**/2016. We just want our 645 back and we want to be taken off of all their marketing and never be contacted by them again.
