I never had issues with doctors ,good doctorsBin with them over years, And their receptionist in pediatric are the most unprofessional, lazy terrible attitude employees I have ever encountered in a medical office!! I have never ever bin able to schedule an appointment thru the actual pediatric unit, they never answer their calls put you on hold to finish their personal convos with co workers will not even have medical office courtesy to place you on hold professionally, will keep.you on hold and forget..I have seen then in person not answering calls just because they feel they can have people wait, their attitudes are disgusting,im glad they have not spoken to me or given me the attitudes I have seen them giving other patients when asked or QUESTIONED anything I have heard the most INAPPROPRIATE CONVERSTIONS FROM FEMALES IN FRONT AREA OF PEDIATRICS AND THEY HAVE THE NERVE AT TIMES TO GET UPSET WHEN SOMEONE INTERUPTS THEM....INSANE...its terrible where do they find these receptio

Financial Dept mishandled payments on my debit card and cause my bank account to become overdraftMade the following payments on the following dates with my Chase DEBIT card which I thought was a POS transaction (which to my understanding it came directly from the funds available at that time, at Which point if I didn’t have the funds at the time the transaction wouldn’t have gone through)
6/6/-$7/11/18- $8/8/-$I have to add that on 8/I had an appointment in their dental department and because my appointment was overbooked I rescheduled, With the understanding I will not be making a payment on my next visit because I just made the payment and didn’t see the dentistThey asked me did I want my payment refunded and I said no, since I already knew that that transaction was already done and I just rescheduled the appointment for 8/16/On 8/16/I attended that appt with no issues I didn’t have to take out my credit card or anything because I knew that payment I already been done My issue with this whole thing is on 8/17/I get three All charges come through on my debit accountMind you I have cycled through almost bank cycles These charges would not have collided like this and cost me money if they had done this like they were supposed to done at the time of service and transactionI just love a really bad taste in my mouth because now I’m out of money that could’ve went to continue my dental care and they don’t careI just felt it was bad business practices the way they handled it they didn’t offer to pay my fees or anything and it was just a really upsetting situation
