Review: The Jewish Yellow pages contacted us last year saying that they were referred to us by another colleague which was a lie. We believed them when they told us about all the patients we would receive from them and the service they offered. We did not receive any patients from them and spent around 2500 to market with them. We figured that we made a mistake and would not renew with them again. Today we received a call from them saying that we owed them the same amount for this year and we told them we did not want the service. They said that it is automatically renewed and our renewal date was 2 weeks ago and now we owed them the full amount. I told them that we did not receive anything saying that it was time to renew or asking us if we wanted to renew and she said it was mailed in January. It is very convenient that we never received it and they call 2 weeks later demanding the amount. They originally told us that the books don't get printed until June so I told her since they haven't even made the new books we don't want to be in it. She said they would give us 40% off we told them we don't want the service at all. Then she told us we could make her a offer to get out of it. We said we would pay 500 and we wanted completely out of any of the advertisements. She said they would do it for $645. We told her that we want off of the website and out of the book and she said she had to put it in the computer system for another year. This is the biggest scam and they are such dishonest people. So we already paid over 2500 for the year service that we received no benefit from and now we got stuck with another 645 to get rid of them. If they do not resolve this issue I will also contact the attorney general about this. After the issue today I looked at reviews for them online and I have never seen so many reviews saying SCAM. That shows we are not the only people that have had problems and other people should not fall into the same scam that we did.Desired Settlement: To have our $645 refunded that we just paid. We don't want a refund for the 2500 that we paid for last year because we signed for that. We want our 645 back and we do not want to be in any of their listings. We also don't want them to call or come into our office ever again.

Review: Last year I was very unhappy with their service and I tried to cancel. They wouldn't let me cancel, now this year they are saying because I didn't cancel (because they wouldn't allow it!) I have to pay the $1,000 more for this years advertising.Desired Settlement: I do not want them to charge me or ruin my credit for an ad that I never approved or wanted to pay for.

I did not get one benefit from my transaction with them the year before and told them I wanted to cancel. And they still made me pay $900 for the ad. They refused to refund my money.

I signed with Jewish Yellow in July 2015 for advertising services.

I've received absolutely nothing that would indicate that their advertising works, is working, or has ever worked.

I've had zero calls, leads, customers, clients, questions, or inquiries from anyone or anything Jewish yellow / Jewish marketing solutions related.

I wish to end my contract with them. My experience with them was been terrible both personally and financially.

I called them 12/14/15 to begin the cancellation process.

They're currently giving me the run around, not returning my phone calls, talking in circles, and playing games so it seems. I've called them 5 times on (12/15/15) and every time they give me some excuse or say they'll have "INSERT NAME HERE" get back to me in a few hours. They must have passed me to everyone at the office. They seem to be doing everything in their power to not allow me to cancel my contract or speak to anyone who can help me. I haven't received any returned phone calls as of (12/17/15). I can't believe a company would conduct themselves this way.Desired Settlement: My main desire is to end my contract with Jewish Yellow/Jewish Marketing solutions. My experience with them has been extremely unprofessional and costly, both financially and timely. Having to take time out of my life to deal with this childish behavior is the biggest offense to me.
