Jewlr refuses to change the shippers info on the commercial invoice for my ring to be returned to canada for a repairI am employed in the US Export/Import field and Jewlr wants me to sign my name to legal documents that have incorrect information on themI have tried to get this issue resolved through Jewlr for weeks to no availI have spoken to many people in customer service regarding this and no one is willing to change the commercial invoice to reflect the correct and accurate informationThe customer service agents will not revise the commercial invoice to reflect the correct information I then asked for the money that I paid for shipping to have my ring repaired be refunded, and I was told that is something they "can't" do Not only did I pay for a ring that broke within less than a year but then I also paid an additional amount for shipping to have it repaired and that won't be refunded

Products are misrepresented in quality and materialsA close reading of the description will show a lack of concern for U.Sgovernment regulations

Or so we thoughtHaving never used Jewlr I did some research and found that your site appears to be quite deceivingIn particular, why would your "simulated stone" come from Swarovski which is known for its crystal GLASSThis made me question the wording, what's the difference between a "genuine birthstone" and a "colored gemstone"? Unless it's a quality clear diamond wouldn't all birthstones be a colored gemstone?

I request a refund, I was told NO, they have agreed to remake the ring as was originally orderedI asked if they could upgrade the stones to genuine, please know these stones are aquamarine($19.00) and Citrine($15.00) maybe that would help the stones from cracking and falling outAgain I was told NOBut each time I am told no, I am also told how important customer satisfaction is to the company I do not think the quality of the product is what you claimI want a full refundThe stones started having problems one month after my daughter received the ring
