My organization enlisted the services of Mr. for an event we held in February. The services included videotaping our 3-hour long show and producing a recap video. Mr. was paid $600 2 weeks later, around the 29th of February. This is April 8th, and we are yet to receive our recap video and Mr. has repeatedly ignored several members of our organization who have reached out to him regarding the status of our videos. This man our money and is refusing to provide the services which we paid him for.
Good Evening, My apologies to the *** organization. I have reached out to them today as well to explain to them on what was going on. I moved to another city in Feb and I also went on a trip to ***. Because I moved a few days before I traveled to ***. Most of my belonging were still at My parents house. None of us were expecting to deal with COVID-19 the way it did. while in ***, I had to purchase 4 flights tickets and 2 additional hotels in *** and *** in order to get back to the United States. When I came back I had to self-quarantine my self for 14 days. For my parent house safety and anybody else and I didn't want to go grab the stuff I needed because there life are important during this crisis. After the 14 days things didn't get any better. I had to get a job and start working because I decided to work, and I didn't want to put my parents in any danger. I should have decided to get the stuff that I needed in order to finish video project I had before working but every gig that I had lined with were getting canceled and I had to find a new source of income in order to pay bills for the reminder of March and April because of the action I had to take during the trip in *** to stay safe and be able to return home. I do apology again for not communicating with anybody from the organization about this. I got stressed out and decided to get off social media until I finish my school semester and work as much as possible doing *** in order to be ahead on bills. Once school would be over , I can put all my focus back into editing videos. I finished my semester online on April 17 and with this long weekend, I was able to just redo the whole video from scratch because I wasn't able to get the drafted copy from my parents home. I did reach out to all members of the organization that reached out to me and they will be received the final copy today after I apology on my behalf.

Mr. has still not sent us our video even though he claimed he would submit it the day he responded to the claim, April 21st. He claims to have been taking a break from social media, yet has posted numerous *** videos and ***. He provided us with a false link, claiming to have uploaded the video. When we reached out to him explaining the link was not working and there was no video, he blatantly ignored our messages. This is ridiculous, at this point all we want is our video and a PUBLIC apology. If he cannot provide the video within a timely manner, we would like our money back and a public apology and an explanation of his callous actions towards us.
