Review: on march 16 I had a crown done - I was overcharged $130.00the day the work was completed they said they made a mistake and that I owed more moneyi told her to call [redacted] my insurance - they refused to call thema few weeks later when I got the eob I brought it to there office with copys of my checks, I than had [redacted] call them again[redacted] said I needed to call them to Setup my refund- they wanted me to use the money towards future dental work - I said no I wanted a refund- she said she would send the check right outits been 2 weeks since they said they would send it out and I still gave not recieved my refund[redacted] has called them 3 times , me 4 times, still no refund and they are no longer returning my calls they have no right to keep this moneyDesired Settlement: overcharged for dental work
