Review: JF improvements was contracted to perform renovation work of bathrooms and kitchen.There was no permit taken from the city to do the work.AFter inspection by the city inspector several problems were reported in terms of
fixtures,pipes and product being not upto code.I tried to contact the owner by email and phone.There was no response.Desired Settlement: I want the contractor to repair,replace and do the work to meet the code compliance of the city of New Berlin.He was sent a copy of the report.

[redacted] notified me of this plumbing situation by voice mail and email on July 8th at 2:06 pm.I have been on vacation so I didn't get the messages until the morning of July 9th. I did respond to [redacted] by email on July 9th at 1:59 pm (which I saved)and told him that I have not had a chance to look over the building inspectors report yet and that I would contact him after I had time to do so. 26 minutes later [redacted] is already filing a complaint with the B.B.B. which I received at 3:01 pm July 9th, so as you can see I was never given any time to address the issue in the first place.At this point I would like to try to contact the plumber that did the under floor work to see if he assist me in this matter. Other than that I could offer a refund for the portion of noncompliance items that I was paid for.
