The BEST experience BY FAR of any moving company I have ever hadNot only was Gene extremely helpful, kind and personable, the rates were very reasonable despite it being last minute, they handled all of my things with perfection, and additionally-I was moving my things out with the expectation that my ex was not aroundHe showed up right before they came to take everything and is such a royal pain that he may honestly be in jail soon/ended up assaulting a friend of mine later that same day(*** ***-he should honestly be on every girls blacklistbiggest nightmare of my life) BUT, the first team of movers made the woman facilitating the move feel totally safeThe team of movers obviously had to leave when they realized they couldn't take my things, but as soon as I called Gene back hours later when things had been sorted out, his response was, "No worries, what time should I send another team?" This was one of the most toxic days of my life and JF Moving Services came through with FLYING COLORSThe next team that ended up being available happened to be the TOP team they had on staff, with twice the moversThis was the team that ended up taking all of my things, and there was no additional chargeThrough all of this, Gene was instantly communicative every step of the way, via phone or text, and every single person involved on the end of JF Moving Services was as kind as professional as could beMy things were moved and palletized as efficiently as could beI would recommend JF Moving Services to EVERYONEThey honestly could not have done a single thing better throughout the entire process!!!
