Easy to make an appointment for service If you have the lifetime warranty, your service calls are much cheaper Friendly staff They answer their phone versus you having to leave messages for service Have been happy with their work thus far
Have only gotten an estimate at this point but, Mike was on time and knowledgeableHis inspection of the work I am requesting was very professional and he was able to write up an estimate in only a few minutesStill waiting for other estimates to be done before I select the company to do my work
Sobieski was in the process of working through the issues and has responded directly to the customer since this complaint was received The mechanical issues have been resolved by replacing the faulty equipment Sobieski agrees that we owe the customer the $for the line set that was not replaced Sobieski has reviewed the utility invoices provided by the customer and is making the customer an offer of and additional $payment based on the increase noted[redacted] ***

We've used other HVAC companies and none were as prompt, thorough and courteous as Sobieski Highly recommend!
They are good but pretty expensive.
