Review: I booked an airport transportation pick-up service (home to JFK) on August [redacted] 2015 for a pick up date of Sept. [redacted] 2015. Reservation qoute # [redacted]. They never showed up at my house and did not provide any service to me. I even called the business the night before to confirm everything, and all was good. I pre paid for everything on August [redacted] which was a total of $157.59 through [redacted]. All I want is a refund. I have been calling and speaking to the same gentlemen numerous times and still no refund. I'm getting impatient now and he keeps telling he will do it tonight or doesn't have any money in the account. Here are the dates I called: 9/**, 9/**, 9/** (twice), 9/20 (twice), 9/[redacted] 9/**Desired Settlement: Would like a full refund for services that were never provided. $157.59

Review: On August **, 2015 I ordered and paid for a car service ride for August **, 2015 to JFK Airport for an 8am pickup. On 8/** at 8:15am when the driver did not show up I began calling and got an answering machine. Ultimately the driver did not come to pick me up so I resorted to using [redacted]. I called later in the day to obtain a refund and was told "the [redacted] driver overslept and did not pick me up" I was told that the refund would be put through that evening. It is now 9/** and I have spoken with an employee, Andre 6 times, who swears that the refund is going in the next day and it has not been refunded to me as of yet. They owe me $84.24Desired Settlement: I just want my refund for services not rendered.

Review: I hired a car to take me to the airport on May **,2015. The driver never showed. After calling the dispatcher,

he said "sorry, the guy never showed for work". I was frantic since I had to be on time.

I wanted to know if he was sending a replacement car, very rudely said "no, we don't have anyone, it's too early in

the morning". So, I had to find a local taxi to get me. Of course, I cancelled the return pick-up FROM the

airport when I was coming home.

I called, e-mailed, numerous times. Was told they would issue a credit to my charge card. It has been 2 months.

Many calls and e-mails since. Nothing. I am told, to wait for them to figure out what to do.Desired Settlement: an immediate refund and a confirmation that this was complete.

Review: On March [redacted], 2014, we made reservations using JFK Airport Limo Transportation, roundtrip transportation between JFK and the [redacted] in [redacted]. JFK pickup was scheduled for September [redacted]. Hotel pickup back to JFK was scheduled for September [redacted]. The quote came from [redacted] (quote #[redacted]).Payment was made through [redacted] on March [redacted] for $118.80 to [redacted]. On September [redacted], our flight was cancelled. We were able to reschedule our flight for the same day, only a few hours later. We called [redacted] at ###-###-#### after we found out about the cancellation. The [redacted] who answered said no problem, just call when we know our new pickup time. We did as instructed. When we called back with our new pickup time, the same [redacted] informed us that we would have to pay the new driver out of our own pocket, and that we would be reimbursed by check. We provided our address. We then left on a * week trip to [redacted]. Upon arriving home on October [redacted], there was no check awaiting us. On October [redacted], his reply to our inquiry was " it will be credit today." It wasn't. On Wednesday the [redacted], he responded to our next inquiry "this [redacted] it will be completed." When asked how, he said "an email telling you that a refund was sent and it will come with instructions on how to retrieve it." On November [redacted] his reply to our next inquiry was "this will be taken care of today." It wasn't. On November [redacted], we were asked to "hold on sir, I'm just waiting for fund to be available so I can process a refund." On November [redacted], in response to the latest inquiry, he wrote "I apologize for the delay, I will finish this today....guaranteed" This time he signed it [redacted]. That was the last time we heard from him. We sent an email to JFK Airport Limo Transportation on November [redacted], only to get no reply.

Apparently we are not alone. [redacted] and [redacted] have three similar bad reviews online, and JFK ALT have two bad reviews. Can you help us?Desired Settlement: We would like the refund we were promised on September [redacted] for $59.40 We would also like them to be looked into for bad business practices. We paid for a limo ride and on two legs of the four legs we booked, we received a taxi instead. Apparently this is a common complaint. Despite verifying our ride the day before, we were not greeted at the airport, had to call numerous times, told to wait, only to have a taxi pick us up. We believe they are using deceptive business practices. Thanks, [redacted]

Review: On Thursday Oct [redacted], 2015 , I arranged with JFK Limousine to have my wife and party picked up at the LGA Airport on Friday Oct [redacted] and driven to the [redacted] hotel. After waiting for an hour outside the terminal , and numerous attempts to contact the company, my wife decided to take a taxi to the hotel. When I finally got in touch with the company, they apologized and agreed to refund this portion of travel as we had also arranged to have them pick up my wife and party at the hotel on Sunday Nov [redacted] for the return trip back to LGA Airport.

On Monday Nov *, 2015 , I emailed the company to confirm the refund and received a notification from the company that a refund for the amount of $60.48 us was pending to my [redacted] account. They attached a copy of the [redacted] transaction as proof. At this point I thought everything would be settled but the payment was never finalized.

On Nov [redacted] and Nov [redacted], I contacted the company regarding non payment and they replied on Nov [redacted] that they would get on it the next morning.

On Nov [redacted] , I emailed them one last time and received no response.

At this point, I can only assume that they have no intention of refunding my money and will pursue other avenues. I hope that you can help them understand that this is not how to treat foreign visitors.
