Review: As always service was great. However when I returned to my car a big dent was in my driver side door with white paint on it (like the busses they use to drive you to and from the airport)I filed a report with one of the employees there, He said [redacted] the MANAGER would call me in the morning. When [redacted] called me he said he looked into it and the damage was there. I explained it was not! He then said he would look at the video tape. I would of thought you would have looked at it before telling me the damage already existed. When I asked them to email me the proof that the car was damaged prior to check in and thanked him for calling me a liar and crazy..[redacted] the manager told me to get a LAWYER and hung up on me.Desired Settlement: Show me the Video that shows my car damaged prior to check in.

The company has contacted me to let me know they will refund my credit card the total amount that was charged. The company has stated in their closing of this case that "the scan" shows damage to my car. HOWEVER, the surveillance video of me entering their parking lot PROVES there was no damage! In closing,

Review: To Whom It May Concern,

This issue deals with improper service that resulted in additional damage to my vehicle. The facts are as follows: I parked my vehicle at JFK longterm parking on December [redacted]for 2 weeks while I was away. When I came back and picked up my vehicle on January *, 2014 - I realized that my back windshield wiper was broken. It was not broken prior to parking at their facilities. I called them immediately on Jan **, 2014 to report the incident and ask for a credit for the damage - the employee told me to call back the next day to talk to their supervisor. I did so accordingly. While on the phone the [redacted], [redacted]was extremely rude and did not want to take responsibility for the damage. I am filing this complaint because I have tried to resolve this issue with the longterm business but have not been successful.Desired Settlement: I would like JFK Longterm Parking to take responsibility for the damage and compensate me for the damage.

My name is [redacted]. I filed a Revdex.com complaint against JFK Longterm Parking in South Ozone Park New York relating to damage caused to my vehicle. Thank you for responding so quickly! The owner contacted me this morning and we have resolved the issue. I just wanted to update you on the status and the resolution of my problem.

Review: HORRENDOUS TREATMENT

I used JFK Longterm parking service during a trip. Upon return at JFK airport on a Sunday evening the pickup driver took my suitcase (the handle was up) and placed it inside with other passenger suitcases. I experienced him rushing and in an unpleasant mood. Upon arrival at the parking lot the driver placed my suitcase next to my car (handle was down), and I placed it inside my vehicle. Upon arrival at my home I took my suitcase out of my vehicle and extended the handle up to push inside my home, and notice it was broke. I contacted the parking office and was told the [redacted] was not available on Sunday. Later, I called several times again and was given the run around. After much persistence and invested time in calling to address this matter, I was finally given another number to the [redacted]. I spoke with [redacted] who said he is the [redacted] of JFK Longterm parking. He informed me that the [redacted] was on vacation but that he would take my report and give it to him. I explained the matter in great length and [redacted] assured me that the claim specialist would get back with me the following Monday. The claim specialist never contacted me. Instead I contacted him and his response to my claim was shocking. He was aloof, and yelled at me that they would not reimburse me in any amount. He refused to give me his last name so that I could report my serious concerns in this matter. I asked him to allow me to speak with [redacted], and was told that [redacted] response would be the same, and that he will also not tell me his last name. When I spoke with [redacted], he was equally abusive and refused to give me any further information including his last name. I asked for his [redacted]. He stated there is no other [redacted] and [redacted] the company.

There is no excuse for the way I was treated. To the extent that they played games and was abusive all to avoid accountability for damaging my personal belonging is appalling. It is MY personal items that were damaged. It is I who invested considerable time trying to address this matter. I do not understand how a business as such exist, but for certain they have lost mine. To have subjected me, a patron to this type of treatment is deeply disturbing.Desired Settlement: Refund me for the cost of damaged suitcase..
