On January 30th Mr*** called me with his concerns regarding work performed at his property *** ** *** ***At the time of work unfortunately our digging
excavator hit an electrical conduit for a security lamp in the back yard (Utility locations was preformed by Digtess before work was begun)As soon as I was notified about the damage I immediately dispatched *** Ramos my Licensed Electrician*** was not able to get to Mr***'s until that eveningAt this time he addressed Mr***'s concerns and informed him he would have to return and do the repairs the following day due to weather conditionsBeyond JFP control *** returned several days laterWhen *** returned for the repairs he explained to Mr*** that the electrical wiring for the security lamp was incorrect when it was originally installedMr*** responded by saying " a family member who was not an electrician had installed it many years ago." Repairs to the wiring and conduit were preformed and the security light was working*** also made Mr*** aware the light switch was installed incorrectly at original install which in turn makes the on/ off reversedThis is a preexisting condition that is not coveredI tried to explain this to Mr*** on 01/30/and he became belligerent and threatening to me, and at that point I terminated the callI had *** call Mr*** shortly after to address Mr***'s concernsI also gave *** authorization to replace the security lamp fixture, but he also was threatened with physical harm, and told not to return to the propertyI feel Mr *** is being unreasonable and threatening to me and my employeesWe have made several attempts to satisfy this customer, but seems Mr*** is trying to have preexisting electrical problems resolved that are not included in the scope of the plumbing repairsRegarding the additional replacement of piping in the easement Mr*** will need to contact San Antonio Water System @ *** Thank You and if you have any questions please call me @ ###-###-####

Hello, and to Whom it may concern on 08/01/JFP Services was contracted through Landmark Home Warranty ( Mr***'s warranty policy for property ) for property located @ *** *** **, Austin ,TX Appointment was scheduled for 08/02/, upon inspection of problem , ( washing
machine drain ) attempted to duplicate drain stoppage @ Washing machine drain at first did not believe there was a stoppage after several more attempts (filling WM and draining ) also removed WM hose to fill drain manually and was able to duplicate Mr *** arrived at property and I informed him there was a partial stoppage , but his home warranty policy does not cover stoppages unless there is a clean out access for WM drain JFP Services gave MR*** an estimate to have clean out installed of $parts and labor and then the drain cleaning service would be covered Mr*** never called back with decision after several days JFP Services closed Mr***s work orderUnfortunately, due to MR***'s warranty policy through Landmark Home Warranty JFP Services has no control on items covered by LandmarkMr*** has also requested a refund for his service fee which is non-refundable from his Landmark Home warranty , Mr***'s service fee was $not $I can understand Mr***'s frustration , but this is an issue regarding his coverage from his home warranty policy Any questions or concerns please call JFP Services @ 210-882-

I am rejecting this response because:
The accusations made by *** *** and JFP Plumbing are as untrue as they are ridiculousAny honest, reasonable person knows that violence is not the way to way to resovle issuesThe character of Mr*** really shows through in his deceiving response especially with him trying to play the victimThe fact of the matter is that we had zero problems with the security light wiring before we trusted Mr*** with having the compitence to complete this job in a professional mannerThe security light issue is still secondary to the fact that he has still not completed tying up loose ends of the job he was paid in full forTo help avoid this becoming a back and forth bickering match we will have to settle in court

I had the experience with JFP plumbing through my warranty company 'Old Republic Home Protection'JFP have extremely unprofessional and rude staffThey stormed into my living room with the shoes on covered in mud , when asked to put shoe covers , they said they don't carry the shoe covers and could leave if I wanted them to (knowing that I was out of water due to the slab leak for days and was waiting for them to come help me)The plumber didn't listen to my issues & diagnosed a leak at the manifold valve system and told me that he did not deal with that particular brand and that there was no slab leak and would not be able to help meAfter checking with the warranty company, he said it was not covered under my plan anyway so it did not make any difference anyway and left
I have never encountered such a rude staff through such a recognized warranty companyI am shockedWould never ever recommend this company to anyone I know
