Sobieski has been our choice for almost years Whenever we had a question or a problem the team has always been professional, friendly and responded in a short period of time If the person on the phone doesn't have the answer they make sure they call us back with the information or the appropriate person will call back within hours Most recent contact was with Shannon O Thanks to Shannon for your attention to detail and taking the time to make sure everything was done correctly The team that came to our house was also great They explained the work they were going to do and put on shoe protectors before walking through the houseWhen the work was done they reviewed everything and answered any questions We are very pleased with the outstanding service from Sobieski!
[redacted] came to troubleshoot why our brand new heater, which we used for the first time since it was installed months ago would not remain on It fired up but after a minute or two, the blower stopped [redacted] was polite, wore booties, listened to our problem, worked quickly, checked the heater and outside unit several times and within minutes found the problem which he was able to fix within minutes He then explained what had happened and how he fixed it We were very pleased and would like to have him back when we have a need for a technician He had worked until 9:the night before, and yet arrived at our home in the given time range-driving from DE to above Phila for our morning appointment We were very pleased with him and Sobieski
Khalid A services our HVAC systems todayHe did an excellent job checking and cleaning both of our AC systemsHe is a competent, personable tech who explained every facet of the items he checked He found and corrected a number of items that required attention, cleaned the outdoor components and suggested a number of upgrades to our system I would like to be able to request that Kahlil be assigned to service our HVAC systems in the future
from the first phone call to the completion of service, sobieski's work was done well, and everyone was very professional and polite my home was respected, and they cleaned up after the job was completed so I didnt have to do it their prices were good and the attitude of their employees was great I am so pleased I picked their company to install my zone heating and cooling systems
Very professional Travis did a great job!! He was very thoughtful and every time he left and came back into the house he put the covers on his shoes He was very informative as well Let me know things I should look out for and what things that were important to my system

Khalid A serviced the A/C at my home and my daughter's home He was very friendly and took the time to explain what he would be doing He did an excellent job on both of the units He did some extra things that most service personnel would not do, which was very appreciated I would not hesitate to request Khalid for my next service appointment or if I experienced a service problem NF

Khalid Adid a very thorough job of explaining what he was doing in terms of maintenance on our heating system He was on time, conscientious of keeping his work area neat (wore booties over his shoes) and explained thoroughly different things we can do to ensure the efficiency of our HVAC system Definitely recommend this service technician and his company
Service Rep arrived on time and was professional and polite Examined our HVAC unitNo problem found I was informed how to best run my zone heating and cooling system taking more advantage of it and hopefully reduce our monthly cost I was informed of other offers I could take advantage of I have a maintenance agreement with the company and plan to continue with the agreement
