Weather Sealco did send someone out to look at the customers complaint and the entire gutter run was loose. In our opinion that was not caused by our installation. The fascia board is showing signs of rot and deterioration due to age. The condition of the fascia board coupled with
a harsh winter last year full of ice backups is what we feel loosened the gutter I did speak with the customer and explain our findings and that we would send one of the crews over when we had time to add a couple more hidden hangers to help re-support the gutter. This was to be performed free of charge as a courtesy to the homeowner. Due to our schedule being uncommonly busy this past year we had not had a chance to get back out to perform the service Weather Sealco did provide the customer with a final invoice that included charges agreed upon by his signature on his proposal. I don't feel that is the reason why Weather Sealco should be paying for the gutter repairWeather Sealco would like to know the amount he was charged for the repair before agreeing to reimburse him
