Review: We sent a PlayStation council in for repair. We received the unit back and returned it to the person who owned it. The unit came back in with the same problem a week later. We were told to mail it back in to PS Pros so that they could repair it. Once we did send the unit back into them, they stopped returning emails, their number is disconnected, and they also still have our property. We have made numerous efforts to contact them, However there is no response.Desired Settlement: We would like our unit returned as well as a full refund including any shipping charges.

Review: This all started out fine in February 2013, the company sent me a shipping label to mail my playstation 3 for an estimated repair cost. I received an email about 3 weeks later describing the cost and diagnosis. we are now in June an I've written 3 emails directly to the company's email address with no answers. I paid $99 for cost to repair my playstation 3. I have not heard back from the company since April 2013. Now im learning the company's phone number and website is unavailable. I would just like some type of explanation of when I can expect my playstation 3 back. The last email I received from the company said the part which was the DVD laser was on back order and sort for the delay. Please help, I have children that have been waiting for their game console.Desired Settlement: If the company is unable to finish the repair please send my money I paid for services and my original playstation 3.

Sincerely,

Review: In November of 2012 I sent two xbox consoles to this company to be repaired for my sons for Christmas. The consoles did not come back to me until February! One of the consoles stopped working again after about 3 weeks, with the same problem it was initially sent in for. I sent it back to the company one again to be repaired and still have not received it back. I already paid for the repair and still do not have it back. I can not replace it and my 11 year old son has been without it for almost 7 months. I have tried to contact the company and the number has been disconnected. I also tried emailing them and no response. Website says that it is under construction. I would like to know what recourse I have? I am currently out $100 that I paid for repair and $300 for the xbox console.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement xbox console sent immediately or $400 so I can replace it myself.

Sincerely,

Review: I sent a game system to be repaired. They told me it was not fixable so they sent it back. The only thing that they credited back to my account was the shipping. I had already paid for them to fix it ($100), because they said the work had to be paid for before they would fix it. It's been several months since the incident I have tried contacting them several times by phone and email and have yet to get a response.Desired Settlement: To get the full amount paid back.

Sincerely,

Review: Sent in item for repair which was advertised as 1-2 days. It took 3 weeks with no reply to emails. No paperwork with item when delivered for an exorbitant shipping charge. Item quit working after two weeks. Ad claimed a 1 year warranty. Could not contact seller as website was taken down and phone number resulted in busy signal.Desired Settlement: Refund

Review: I sent my ps3 to this compny around thanksgiving of last year. They guaranteed a three day return. I was trying to get it fixed for my kids for christmas. I called several times. They kept saying because of hurricane katrina that they were behind. I didn't receive my ps3 back until the middle of jan and it still didn't work. I called tham and they said to mail it back free of charge. I have tried to call them, their number is disconnected and their website says their temporarily down. I paid $100 for a service that they didn't fufill. They told me there was a year warranty on their work.Desired Settlement: I would like the hundred dollars back that I paid.

Review: I shipped my sons X-Box to this company approximately 1 year ago. However, shortly after making a down payment toward repair cost I was unable to reach customer service. It appears the company either did not pay their phone bill or went out of business. I sent emails and to date attempted to call this company in hopes of securing my sons X-Box.Desired Settlement: In addition I want my equipment returned and/or company should pay for the cost of equipment and monies received for repair.

Sincerely,

Review: I sent my PlayStation3 console to this company to be repaired on 4/**/13. They replied promptly on 5/*/13 with what was wrong and said they could fix it for $124.99. I paid that amount through PayPal (I have the receipt). I did not hear anything from them for several weeks and called the 800 # and was told the repair was delayed due to a shortage of lasers and I had a choice of waiting or having the console returned for a refund. I chose to wait. I checked the status of my repair again on their website the week of 6/*/13 and it was in the packaging dept. I checked this week to see what the status was and the website states that the company was temporarily closed until further notice. No one answers the 800 # either. So, I have no idea if this company is closed for good and I have no repaired console and I'm out $124.99. Can you look into what has happened to this company and how I can get my console and money back?Desired Settlement: My console and a refund if it was not fixed

Sincerely,

Review: I sent my PlayStation 3 in for a diagnostic test in which PS Pros completed on April *, 2013. Days later PS Pros sent me an email with links to see the results of the diagnostic results which included the repair price. The price was $124.99, which was paid on April **, 2013. Shortly after upon trying to contact PS Pros for updates on the repair the business webpage, phone number, and email has been disconnected or down with no means of communication.Desired Settlement: I want my gaming system repaired properly and sent to me as soon as possible. Or. If they are not able to repair the game I want my gaming system back and a refund of the $124.99.

Sincerely,

Review: I sent in a device (Playstation 3) to PS Pros for repair. The device arrived on April **. It was diagnosed and after receiving an email quoting the proce, I paid for the repair ($142.97). After a couple of weeks of no response, I contacted them to find out the part needed was on back order. There was no indication of this when I paid for the repair. It seems like the phone number provided never works and now the website says the location is closed. I had filed a complaint with the NYS Division of Consumer Protection but have not heard from them yet.Desired Settlement: PS Pros should refund me my money and my system fully repaired.

Their website says they are closed.

Sincerely,

Review: I sent my ps3 in for diagnosis to PS Pros in February 2013. They verified that is in the disc drive that needed repair. My estimate for my repair was $100 plus shipping for. 24.99. I paid on march [redacted] 2013 and the money with withdrawn from my account. I checked online for my order status on your website and it told me to contact you. Ive tried emailing them multiple times and I did not get a response so I called and it was a worthless phone call. All that the rep told me that the drive was back ordered and could not give me a date. It is now June of 2013 and I still do not have my system. I tried going back to the site but the website has been shut down. All of the contact phones numbers have been deactivated.Desired Settlement: I would like the repair to be done free of charge with a full refund or send me my system back with no shipping charge.

Sincerely,

Review: I Sent my sons Playstation 3 to PS Pros for repair. I paid $129.00 for the repair and return shipping. After they received his playstation I was originally told it could be repaired, but then I was told that it could not be. I could either get my money back or buy a new/refurbished product. We chose to pay an additional $100.00 for a refurbished playstation just like the one we had. We were told it was on backorder and could take three weeks to receive. We did receive the refurbished playstation but it will not load Any games. Usesless is what it is. It can not be played. And, it did not look like it had even been inspected by anyone prior to being shipped. It was covered in dust! So, I called Ps Pros to inform them of the defective playstation they sent us and I was told we could sent it back and they would fix it and they would send me a shipping label in the mail. 2 weeks go buy and no label yet. So, I then call Ps Pros and the phone is temporarily disconnected and has been for weeks now. I am very frustrated at this point. Feel like I have been scammed quite honestly. They have 230.00 of my money and we do not have a playstation that works. Just doesnt seem like good business.Desired Settlement: I would just like my money back so we can use that toward a playstation that actually works. Thanks.
