He made sure everything was perfect down to the exact timing I wanted for my song to walk down the aisle to (He even straightened out my train for me at the bottom of the stairs!) He kept everything in line and I am 100% sure my wedding went as smooth as it did because of him!! He met with us several times before the wedding to make sure the songs and timeline were exactly what we wanted I never had a problem getting in contact with him as we spoke several times through email, phone and text He always made it very easy and convenient to meet with him and was flexible with meet up times and places [redacted] * and his staff were very professional and I had SEVERAL compliments from my guests as well as other vendors Because of the amazing job he did, one of my friends AND my wedding photographer (who is also getting married soon) requested his contact infoThank you [redacted] * and your staff for making my wedding a beautiful, memorable and perfect day for me and all of my guests!!!!

We hired JG Entertainment Group to DJ our wedding on October. I had little or no contact from them after they collected our deposit even after trying to contact them to see what else they needed from us.

The day of the wedding I was informed the original DJ couldn't make it and someone else was going to fill in. The replacement did a terrible job. Mispronounced our last name, even after having written out how its pronounced, missed all the cues, and eventually had the mic taken from him during the reception by my brother-in-law because no one could hear any announcements, if he made any at all. Later I was told he was seen inside the home we were renting for the event and my wife said he reeked of alcohol towards the end of the night. Also, we found the next morning some of our gifts had been stolen, but can't prove it was him.

The day after I tried emailing and texting JG to report what an awful job the DJ they sent did. I received no response until I posted a negative review 2 days later and was told we would be receiving a full refund due to them no fulling the contract. Its been 2 months now and we still have not received a refund and have only got excuses from JG why it hasn't came yet and blame put on their "insurance company" for not getting us the check.

We've given up hope on actually getting our money back for extremely poor service, and now just want to give future couples a heads up of what they may run into with this company
