We rejected JG home improvement response and have not heard directly from themPer our complaint they are not willing to fix install issue, we requested creditThey state in response credit was issued (we have not seen any credit) and missing wood pieces have been returned (missing pieces owner said he had in their shop).We need further help on this issue
We have already settled on the amount and flooring and trim pieces have been returned.There should be no further need to discuss this issue
