We bought a house with a [redacted] and noticed in the summer of that it may not be working 1) We first contacted [redacted] Supercenter in June and at that time signed up for a 1-year contract to monitor the [redacted] and resolve potential issues This contract was $46/month 2) The company came and said that the battery needed to be replaced and that then the [redacted] would work 3) We replaced the battery but the [redacted] still did not work, so at that time they came back out and looked at the [redacted] and stated that the starter was not working 4) We replaced the starter and again the [redacted] did not workAt this time two months had passed between their multiple visits, and in August the company said that the real issue was with the gas line 5) 8/- 10/- We then paid $for the plumber to come out and to get a permit from the city of Houston [redacted] Supercenter continued to convey that the gas was not working, while Cen

On May 31, 2018, I bought a very expensive Generac Generator that would supply electricity to my house during storms using my natural gas lines My sales man was Ivan [redacted] I gave him a check for $(check # [redacted] made out to Generator Supercenter) and signed a contract I was told to weeks for installationI bought this for my wife for our 50th anniversary in June the time passed and I heard nothingI called and talked to Rodney who was suppose to be the supervisorI got no definite date and no one called backI called again and I was passed to a woman who knew nothingIt is now August 16th, and they do not answer my calls or call me back I am sure I am not the only one these [redacted] lie to and refuse to take calls from or return calls The to weeks time for the promised installation has long passed I have a concrete slab I installed per their directions for the installationThey looked at it and said it was fine??? Please help me

I just had Generator Supercenter start my annual maintenance contract for my Generac 20KW Generator. The service tech that arrived was completely knowledgeable about my generator, very detail oriented in explaining the service being done and how the company monitors my unit remotely. He was very professional, courteous and meticulous in his work. I couldn't be happier to have Generator Supercenter be my maintenance contract provider.

On 9/27, I prepaid $for a service call to be madeI cancelled the service call on 10/(prior to anyone showing up)On 10/19, I notice the charge on my credit card, spoke with Jay, and was told the charge would be refundedOn 11/27, I realized this had not occurred yetI spoke with Julie and she assured me it would be refunded by the end-of-business on 11/or she would personally contact meAs of today (12/4) I haven't received my refund or heard from Generator Supercenter

Generator Supercenter installed our Generac kWin We were extremely satisfied with the installation and also with the continued involvement of this company The technicians are highly skilled and a pleasure with whom to work The operation of our unit is flawless and much appreciatedWhile the technician was performing annual maintenance and testing yesterday, we got a call from the Generator Supercenter monitoring team to make sure that we were OK as their system had detected that the generator was runningGreat product and customer service!

The service here is amazingThey know their products inside and out and let you know the best service for your needsI was scared going in, but I came out happy!
