I'd like to first apologize to [redacted] for any inconvenience we may have caused Unfortunately some insurance companies refuse to split payments which dictate that the payments must be sent to us and we in turn send the portion we did not purchase to the customer This will sometime cause a delay in getting the customer his portion of the funds if we do not receive the check from the insurance company in a timely fashion The fact that the entire check may be sent to us is set forth in the contract that [redacted] signed, in paragraph 1C I'm sorry if this was not made clear to him at the time he executed the contract To remedy this situation we will front the money to [redacted] on a monthly basis, i.ewe will send the funds to him, out of our own pocket, before we receive the monthly check from the insurance company If he should have any future problems, he can call me directly at: ###-###-####

My husband and contacted JG to sell some annuity paymentsI have to say first off I wasn't happy with the way they handle business,they promise things but don't deliver.The one major thing I have with them is they have a promotion saying they will beat any other company and if they don't they will give you a thousand dollars.This is False.I told them another company offerd us a substantial amount more and I had to send them proof they said they would match it or beat it again false.When they figured out what we were saying was true and we said we no longer have a business deal I told them they should make good on the 1,they promised and then I was told that they had to see if we actually had a deal with the other company and a court date.Thats FALSE! It says on their site it has to be with delt with within business days and no mention of another deal or a court date whatsoever and this was over a month ago and we have not received anything from them except a ton of run arounds..They use the words like its not favorable to you and when you ask questions they don't answer fully or honestly.I will never deal with them again and it seems that my husband and I had to do most of the work.Not happy with them at all

Fortunately for me, I am perfectly aware of what my needs are I called for a quote and right away was able to see that it was not in my best interestFine! There's nothing wrong with getting the quote to have an informed decisionIf it's not an agreeable situation, no need to continueHowever, these people are not interested in what is best for youThey continued to try to persuade me (a grave waste of effort on their behalf) and I continued to say "no, this is really not a good service for me I have already decided it does not fit my needs"This went on for awhile and I had to continue arguing that it was just not right for meThe conversation escalated until I got angry and had to be very firmI said "Now I want you to now delete my information"After all, the company is given financial information and other personal information during the quoting processThese agents are trained by the company to be truly relentless though , he actually continued to try and tell me that I need their service even though I clearly do notHe was not even nice about it though! Arguing and being very pushy and not friendlyI said again, please delete my information and finally hung up I received a call from him again a few hours later Instead of being upset right away over the fact that my information had not been deleted I decided to hear him out as it seemed he was calling to apologizeBut then he started into the sales pitch again and giving me numbersWell, I gave him another chance with his numbers since he said he had some different types to consider (even though it was not within the type of plan I was even searching for, I figured it wouldn't hurt to just hear the figures)They were immediately of no interest to me however, not even close, at which point I realized there is absolutely nothing this company can do for meWhen I said no thank you, this just isn't going to be a good match for my needs I was met with even more resistance and more argumentative responseTrying to tell me that I do need the service which is absurd "I called to get a quote, I got it and I do not want the serviceWhat more is there to explain? Once again, please delete my information as I wanted you to do the last timeThis is my personal information and I do not want it to be used my your company anymore"Well the following day I got another call, from a "manager" to follow upI actually thought he was calling to apologize I explained to him that I had received various number quotes and I was simply not interested in any of them and did not want to use this service not a big dealI was met with more absurd arguing and even condescension I said "Are you serious?" Fortunately for me I am not an it and am able to judge for myself whether something is good for me or notThey just would not let up No respect shown whatsoever, even if the numbers were agreeable I would never want to give these rude people any moneyI said "again, please delete my informationI am not interested" And he still argued as if I could not decide for myselfI eventually got extremely firm and very angrily said "you will stop calling and delete my information now I am truly not interested!!!" And his response? "It's not that serious"So patronizingVery rudeThese people obviously are trying to get your moneyHowever, they will stop at nothing! Who taught them that being rude helps get customers? I am amazed at what poor skills they have to be so rude to people they want something from! Give people the quote and allow them to decide, anything beyond that has the whiff of con artistryI am so glad the numbers did not suit my needs anyway since they do not deserve my businessPressure salesmen to the extreme I was also lied to before being given the quote about what hope of plans were available They really are slimey in approachI was expected more professionalism but they act desperate and disrespectful I will never even consider them in the future due to their never-ending pushiness and harassment

I am currently doing a structured settlement with J.GWentworth and I am about to cancel this transaction and follow thru with another company.As of now they have been very unprofessional cold and nonchalant yo my needs and any questions and assistance that I have asked of them prior to my court dates which have been all over the placed and cancelled multiple times due to there legal teamI have been patient and was even told since my court dates have been pushes back two months I was able to get a cash advance up to $3000-5,dollars and also they would talk to my property manager so that I'm able to move my so and I into a new place and pay some debts in the mean timeI HAVE HEARD ABSOLUTEY NOTHING BACK THRU MULTIPLE EMAILS and PHONECALLS my representive C [redacted] *s very cold most Devils Advocate type companyAll I asked was for help to pull me thru the next two months I am single mother just finished college plus work full time as of now my son and I have no where to go with a beautiful place waiting for us and I can not even get a response from them with unbroken promisesVery unprofessional company cold company
