On July 23, customer came in to have her vehicle quoted for a removal and re-tint on a *** SentraAfter a thorough consultation which took about to minutes we quoted her $to remove and re-tint the rear windshieldWe also gave her a quote to redo the rear two doors and rear
glass, informing her that when the rear glass tint fails the rear two doors window tint will soon failDuring the consultation the price will be given and on the paper work that each customer fills out after or during the consultation and before any service the price is indicated in writingOn July 25, customer came and complained about the tint on the rear passenger and driver roll up doorsShe indicated that there were bubbles in them and one had liftedWe indicated to her that we only work on the rear windshield and did not do any work on the rear doors and the bubbles in the film were actual lint and dust left by the previous shop that did the tint and the lift on the film may be due to the life of the filmWhen she came in she did not mention anything regarding the rear windshieldBefore each cars leave the shop we do a quality check to insure it meets our quality standardsWe informed her that we had cameras that would show we did not do any work on her rear doorsHer fiancé stated “We do give a F* about your cameras”Due to the above factors we are unable to issue any refundsI have also attached pictures of what she is complaining aboutI will also send the copy of the video recordings to the Revdex.com that shows we did not do any work on the rear doors

Review: Took my car to JH window tinting and had rear window tinting service done only to my vehicle. I noticed damage to rear left and right back windows and immediately brought it to their attention. Receptionist came out with me and fiance to look at the windows that were damaged and put blame on myself stating I must have done it and that the bubbles on the right side of the window dust that got on the inside I asked her how that would happen she said JH did not do that that I did I even showed her the left corner that was peeling from the inside and she said they did not touch those windows that I must have done that also of course this really upset me because why would I want to damage windows that were already perfect to me I told her that I have pictures of my windows prior to JH performing the work but she insisted that they did not do the damage it was done by me! I asked to speak to the owner or to have him call me which it's been a few days now and owner has not been in contact with me I have called several times and yes I did say that if we could not resolve I would take this to civil litigation at this point jh has not been in contact with me to resolve the situation that is why I'm making this complaint with the Better Business. Rear window has creases in it I would like to get my money back I am very unhappy with the service and the work on my car! It's just strange that the same back windows they quoted me on that I opted not to have are now damaged!Desired Settlement: I don't know how we can resolve this. They damaged my car and do not take ownership of it. I just want my money back. I will never do business with them ever again! Nor will I ever give a referral. I hope Revdex.com looks into this. This us so unfair what they have done. Who puts fault on a customer like tgat. I have before and after pictures and witnesses.

On July 23, 2016 customer came in to have her vehicle quoted for a removal and re-tint on a 2007 [redacted] Sentra. After a thorough consultation which took about 20 to 30 minutes we quoted her $200 to remove and re-tint the rear windshield. We also gave her a quote to redo the rear two doors and rear glass, informing her that when the rear glass tint fails the rear two doors window tint will soon fail. During the consultation the price will be given and on the paper work that each customer fills out after or during the consultation and before any service the price is indicated in writing. On July 25, 2016 customer came and complained about the tint on the rear passenger and driver roll up doors. She indicated that there were bubbles in them and one had lifted. We indicated to her that we only work on the rear windshield and did not do any work on the rear doors and the bubbles in the film were actual lint and dust left by the previous shop that did the tint and the lift on the film may be due to the life of the film. When she came in she did not mention anything regarding the rear windshield. Before each cars leave the shop we do a quality check to insure it meets our quality standards.
