As a board member of a condo association that RSM manages, I would like to say how pleased we are with the services RSM provides and the timeliness of suchOur condo association has been plagued from the beginning (2007) with everything a condo owner and association would have nightmares aboutEverything from developer bankruptcy, poor construction issues to condo rules being largely ignored by a select few have made the experience of being an owner on the board with issues of this magnitude challenging to say the leastWe as a board let go the prior management firm due to issues that were consistently being ignoredI can't even begin to express the major issues ignored by them, so after much research the board decided to hire RSM to help us right the wrongs of the prior management company and lead us into a partnership of mutual respect and action for the good of all ownersI can't express how happy we are with the decision to hire RSM!
