The dealer or business said that the customer damaged the golf cart by off road useThat is a lie! There is no way that anyone can put a ding in a brake drum housing by driving it on the road or off the roadThe dealer is a crook! Buyer beware!

vehicle and quite possibly, we authorized repairs under our limited warranty incorrectly to the consumer’s benefit. Both dealers are authorized to submit claims under our limited warranty and the customer is welcome to transport their vehicle to either dealer if they have an additional claim. We rely heavily on our dealers to screen damage v defect under our limited warranty and will continue to work with them on questionable claims. Dealers also provide transportation at market price which can be negotiated between the dealer and customer.I copied our Business Development leader, Steve C[redacted], who interviewed the two dealers so he can communicate our summary findings. If the customer makes an appointment for service (highly recommended), our authorized dealer will inspect and repair the vehicle, and if a warrantable situation, make a claim for reimbursement under our standard Limited Warranty. Likewise, if damage or abuse from the customer, they will provide an estimate of repairs which the customer would be required to settle.Best Regards,

Good Morning [redacted]In response to the complaint below from [redacted], below lists some key facts about this case that make it clear that we owe nothing to [redacted]. Model Year of the Stalker 4X4 sold to [redacted]The Stalker sold to [redacted] is a 2014 model.  While we did...

discontinue the model in 2014, it was still offered as one of our models early in 2014.  Please see a screen shot below of our internal drive showing the Stalker 4X4 brochure listed in our 2014 folder.   The confusion came when our CEO, [redacted] spoke to [redacted] and stated that the Stalker was discontinued a few years ago.   We did in fact stop purchasing certain parts of the Stalker in 2012/2013.  However, we were actively buying parts for the assembly of the Stalker into early 2014.  Note, a manufacturer/distributor has the right to badge a vehicle with a current year badge even if some of the equipment/parts were made prior to the model year that car is badged. Pricing and WarrantyNote below that our dealer price for the Stalker 4X4 was $[redacted].  Adding the additional average shipping costs paid by a purchasing dealer, the fully loaded price of the Stalker was around $[redacted]  Dealers make, on average, 25% margin.  In this case the dealer would have sold the Stalker 4X4 to a consumer for around $[redacted].  This vehicle came with a 1 year warranty For Perspective, [redacted] purchased the Stalker 4X4 for $[redacted].  This was because the model was discontinued and sold WITHOUT and warranty.  Please see the attached invoice where [redacted]’s Stalker 4X4 was sold to the dealer (Golf Cars of [redacted]) who in turn sold it to [redacted].  Note, the invoice clearly states that the vehicle is sold with NO warranty.  So, [redacted] purchased this new vehicle at nearly a 50% discount to what most other Stalker owners paid for the vehicle (which was clearly sold as a discontinued model with NO warranty.We believe that we JH Global Services, Inc. has done nothing wrong and feel we do not owe [redacted] any type of  compensation to his inaccurate claims.  In an effort to try to try to show a good faith effort to resolve [redacted]’s complaint, we will offer a discount of $[redacted] off the previous price quote to our dealer for the controller that is needed to repair the Stalker in question.  The discount will only be given if [redacted] rescinds his complaint to the Revdex.com.Please let me know if you have any further questions.Thanks very much.[redacted]Vice President, Sales & MarketingJH Global Services, Inc.378 Neely Ferry RoadSimpsonville, SC 29680Phone:  [redacted]  [redacted]Direct:   [redacted]     Fax: [redacted]
