absolutely horrible customer service, I had to open a BBB case and a PayPal case against JH Motorsports just to get them to take care of an issue after the sale... after doing some research I found out that this is a common practice for this company... deny, deny, deny, until the customer stops complaining and just goes away... unfortunately I don't work that way, and after a month they finally took care of my issue... again, worst customer service ever! don't buy from this company, because once they have your money, they really don't care what happens after the sale is completed!

contacted us and we refunded the Tool Rental Core Charge, and made an exception for the customer and gave him store credit for the rental fee.From our Terms and Conditions that this customer agreed to:"Returns, Cancellations, and Exchanges on JH Motorsports, Inc. The shipping estimation provided on our website only states how long transit takes from our location to theirs once the item is picked up from our facility.  We ALWAYS recommend to customers that they need to wait until they receive parts before scheduling labor.
 
Once the customer placed the order, our parts department notified the custom right away of the delay (in under 24 hours).
 
We offered to refund the core charge, as we have the parts in possession and issue the $150 for the actual rental cost to store credit towards future orders.  We are not charging this customer a restocking fee.

I am rejecting this response because:
The tools being order from this JH supossed to arrive in 2 days after being ordered. For a job to be perform per costumer request at ** automotive due to the notice send by JH costumer decided to cancel repair.
The agreement on JH did not mentioned in any way delays of up to 2 weeks on parts being ordered. Other wise costumer could have been advised in advance for this cituation, could have been avoided. ** proceded in a profesional way in order to satisfy costumer I Pesonally called and ask for tool kit, asked how do I Order was told to create and account wich was done, how long would it take to get tool answer based on my location 2 days from order, then called  again to select proper shipping they advised of [redacted] would be the best wich was done. 
JH offer credit witch was declined for reason that parts/supplys they offer are not used often by my shop. Also offer restocking fee witch was also declined, seemed unfer for ** because this tool does not qualify for restocking fee since it never was send out of JH posesion.
 
As of 6/01/2015  ** Automotive has not received the refound that JH is mentioning on their response to this claim. For the rental deposit of tool.

Review: I was told I would be refunded on a core charge for a auto part I had sent in to them over three monthes ago. After they wentthrough the part I was told I would be funded $1087.01 exactly on 5/31/16. I still have not recieved my refund. I have contacted them every week for the past month and keep being told it will be processed that day. I've spoken with [redacted], *, and [redacted], each multiple times and even though they appologi*e they never ressolve the issue and I am forced to continually call each week hoping the get the issue taken care of.I have also e-mailed multiple times regards to this issue as well as messaging through Facebook and don't get any response unless I call in.Desired Settlement: All I want is my refund of the amount owed to me.

Review: JM automotive rented a tool from JH automotive for timing service to be performed to a 2004 Audi S4. JM Automotive called JH motorsports to ask for time delivery to have a time frame for costumer for this specific repair was advised it will ship next day and according to how close it was will be there there within 2 days. I said that would not be an option for this business since tool was never sent and repair cannot be performed and costumer cannot be charged.
