Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Your quote was lower than the other quotes we got and we wanted to make sure you were including replacing all of the damaged wood in the quoteYou told my husband on the telephone that all the damaged wood was included and that the whole home didn't need to be resided because you would cut the damaged parts of the wood off and replace themWe did walk around my house and I was told the same thing, that all the damaged parts would be removed and replaced by the quotes amount of woodYou even pointed out areas that you would replaced and talked about how you would complete the work and then you did not complete the job as you said in the quote and when we walked the houseAlso included in they quote was to caulk and seal the house and paint two coats of Sherwin Williams paintOur home has not been caulked or painted with two coats of paintThere are several places where the old color shows through and where the body paint has dripped on the trimThe quoted amount of wood was not used, all siding replaced was cut from one sheet of siding but we were quoted three sheets of sidingYou told me you would come fix the areas that needed more paint but that has still not been doneAnd the rotted wood you said you would replace has not been replaced.? I'm very disappointed to receive this complaintI emailed a detailed estimate outlining what wood I would be replacing and scope of workI even walked the house with homeowner and she was fine with what I had quoted herShe told me she had other estimates and chose me because she didn't want to pay to re-side majority of the houseI put in the estimate what the immediate problems whereNow she says I need to do all this extra work for free or she won't pay meI have no desire to do any more work for this customer because of her attitude and the way she is going about trying to get me to do work that was not part of our dealI can send pictures of completed work and the invoice she Partially paid, which is a legal contract

I'm very disappointed to receive this complaint. I emailed a detailed estimate outlining what wood I would be replacing and scope of work. I even walked the house with homeowner and she was fine with what I had quoted her. She told me she had other estimates and chose me because she didn't want to...
