While my husbands truck was at their service center it was broken into , not forcefully by any means which means the truck was either left unlocked while in their possession or someone from the dealership gave them a key . Since his truck did not run they stole my spare key from his truck and stole my car that night . They used it in multiple crimes and damaged my car . This dealership will not take any responsibility since it was in the service center and not one of their own vehicles . Even though they swear up and down that they ensure that every vehicle , including the service center, is locked every night which obviously isn't truthful. We spoke with them about when we would have a tow truck there to bring my husbands truck home and they said that they would be there and it would be fine if the tow truck came that evening . Well again they were not truthful . They left my husbands truck UNLOCKED with the key under the mat , after my husbands truck was broken into and my car was stolen because they left the truck unlocked .
