While my husbands truck was at their service center it was broken into , not forcefully by any means which means the truck was either left unlocked while in their possession or someone from the dealership gave them a key Since his truck did not run they stole my spare key from his truck and stole my car that night They used it in multiple crimes and damaged my car This dealership will not take any responsibility since it was in the service center and not one of their own vehicles Even though they swear up and down that they ensure that every vehicle , including the service center, is locked every night which obviously isn't truthfulWe spoke with them about when we would have a tow truck there to bring my husbands truck home and they said that they would be there and it would be fine if the tow truck came that evening Well again they were not truthful They left my husbands truck UNLOCKED with the key under the mat , after my husbands truck was broken into and my car was stolen because they left the truck unlocked If you want a place you can trust for servicing your vehicle DO NOT GO HERE They take no responsibility for anything
