I ordered something on their web store and received something completely different that wasn't what I ordered
On 4/1/I ordered from www.aaglobal.com I ordered two cases (per case) of 4" empty vending capsulesThey shipped me some rubber rings by mistakeI called in and discussed this with the sales rep and he informed me that I had only ordered (2) 4" capsules; not casesAs advertised on their site it was quantity of and they were case packed per caseSo all together I ordered cases of 4" capsulesIt was very clear that this is what I was buying and there was no way to misinterpret what I was buyingI even have the screen shots of the websiteThe sales invoice that they mailed out to me also states that I ordered cases of pieces eachThe price advertised on their website was $per caseI ordered two, and paid for shippingA&A now says that I was ordering only itemsFunny because they updated their website to $for the case of 4" ca
