I am responding to the complaint that was made to my businessto the Revdex.com on April of To whom it concerns, this was not a job associating with my company it was a favorThis all came about when [redacted] E [redacted] son bought the property across the street from where I live on [redacted] ***, [redacted] , TX [redacted] 's son had some trees and that he wanted me *** [redacted] to cut free of charge trees, of his property to build a trailer padI had just bought a skidsteer machine on November [redacted] saw me that day on my skidsteer, his son was not there, the Plaintiff asked for a favor since I have a skidsteer, [redacted] asked if I could scrape some dirt his son had on his property to the plaintiff had in his property in a mudd hole on address [redacted] ***, [redacted] , TXIm blind in one eye and the plaintiff [redacted] was aware of my disabilityI took the dirt to his property, I was backing up to spread where he wanted it he was standing outside as I was spreading the dirtAs I was backing up I bumped into the complaintifffiberglass saddle bag on the back of his motorcycle, I put a scratch on itI talked to the plaintiff [redacted] , I told him where my painter was in Baytown so he could a good deal, but it was a special sparkly paint on the saddle bag it was $We agreed on splitting the cost $a pieceI gave Mr [redacted] $dollar bill, the $dollars he was going to get as soon as I got itHe failed to contact me about the concern he had, and now he's suing me.Thanks, [redacted] L [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: Mr*** is my neighbor, he knows me owes me money, he has never finished paying meHe did the work for the wood, so he could sell itNone the less, he used his company equipment to do a jobI never wanted to have to take it this far, I just want my motorcycle fixed

street from where I live on [redacted], TX. [redacted]'s son had some trees and that he wanted me [redacted] to cut free of charge 12 trees, of his property to build a trailer pad. I had just bought a skidsteer machine on November 2016. [redacted] saw me that day on my skidsteer, his son was not there, the Plaintiff asked for a favor since I have a skidsteer, [redacted] asked if I could scrape some dirt his son had on his property to the plaintiff had in  his property in a mudd hole on address [redacted], TX. Im blind in one eye and the plaintiff [redacted] was aware of my disability. I took the dirt to his property, I was backing up to spread where he wanted it he was standing outside as I was spreading the dirt. As I was backing up I bumped into the complaintifffiberglass saddle bag on the back of his motorcycle, I put a scratch on it. I talked to the plaintiff[redacted], I told him where my painter was in Baytown so he could a good deal, but it was a special sparkly paint on the saddle bag it was $320.00. We agreed on splitting the cost $160.00 a piece. I gave Mr. [redacted] $100 dollar bill, the $60 dollars he was going to get as soon as I got it. He failed to contact me about the concern he had, and now he's suing me.Thanks, [redacted] L.
