I have spoken with [redacted] several times regarding this matterWe never had a contract with them We installed flooring and windows for them I also purchased over $of materials and we still have outstanding balance for almost $The last window was never purchased , we did several jobs for them and they have given us great reviews in the pastWe were also told by the couples morgage company to no longer do work on the property since they were in foreclosure They have filled complaints on Revdex.com in other names which we proved are not trueI would like this settledThank you, John H [redacted] ***

we contacted JHB in about installing windows in our house we paid him to pay for the windows and install them They started the job on May and have never finished the job of the windows were installed but the third one was never installedwe have contacted him numerous times and he has said he would be over to install it numerous times but has never shown uphe has never given us a signed contract for the jobHe has stopped answering our calls and we are beyond fed up

My husband and I hired *** *** to remodel our master bathroom and signed a contract with him in April 20, He had told me it would be done sometime mid JuneHe required a down payment of $5,to start the workHe has did some demolition, had an electrician install some lights and a plumber move some plumbingMy bathroom is still down to the studs and no more work has been done in the last monthsI have texted and called ***, the contractor many times, even calling him sometimes daily and he doesn't respond or will respond by text saying he will come the next day and never doesMy husband and I feel we have been more than patient over the last months and now we want to end the contract and get some of our money backUnfortunately we are unable to now get in touch with him to terminate this contract

. We installed flooring and 2 windows for them . I also purchased over $400.00 of materials and we still have outstanding balance for almost  $1000.00. The last window was never purchased , we did several jobs for them and they have given us great reviews in the past. We were also told by the couples morgage company to no longer do work on the property since they were in foreclosure.  They have filled false complaints on Revdex.com in other names which we proved are not true. wish to compliment JHB Design and Construction for excellent work done on a kitchen remodel/addition. JHBDesign did the framing, siding, window installation and drywall for my kitchen addition. However, I had previously had an attic remodel done with added skylight which resulted in water leaking into a lower window. JHB was able to diagnose the problem and fix it after I had unsuccessfully consulted three other businesses including the original contractor. JHB also analyzed my roof and made some recommendations –both financially and quality of shingle-which were excellent.

[redacted] and the crew of JHB Design were always on time, worked efficiently, and did everything as explained to me. They went out of their way to make sure the work was done to the highest standard. I really appreciated the extra time taken to be sure I understood the work that was being done. This is a quality company of integrity that I highly recommend.

I hired JHB Design and Construct LLC to redo my kitchen floor. They ripped our the old tile floor and put in new Laminate. They did a great job and I am very happy with the finished product. I will recommend them for other jobs and will not hesitate to use them for other jobs in the future.
