Jhon Jhon ® Cosmetics Enhancement Services Reviews (1)

Review: Jhon Jhon performed micro pigmentation on my scalp with promises of replicating hair follicles. There are now blobs of ink on my scalp. Nothing replicates hair follicles. Not only did he disfigure my scalp he destroyed my hair line. I can no longer leave my home without the use of toppik to try and mask the destruction of my hair line. Jhon Jhon denied my request for a refund. He offered for me to come in so he could "fix" the problem. This man has made me look like a circus freak and I can not allow him to disfigure me further. He claims his board members denied my request. He portrayed himself as the owner/decision maker of his business. On October 11th I requested the contact information of his board members so I could plea my displeasure with them. He has yet to respond. This procedure has cost over $7,000.00. It was my 40th birthday gift from my husband. I am now disfigured, I owe [redacted] credit card over $7,000.00 and I have to find a way to fix the horrific job this man has done on my scalp.

I ask that the Revdex.com help me rectify this situation.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund. I should not have to be disfigured and in over $7,000.00 worth of debt.

I truly hope this man does not get away with this. I also hope he does not do it to others.

Thank you for any and all of your help in advance.

Response:

he entire staff here at Jhon—Jhon@ Cosmetic Enhancement Services is truly saddened by the circumstances causing Mrs. [redacted] to submit this complaint. We take our clients‘ satisfaction very seriously and strive to provide the very best customer service possible.

Mrs. [redacted] came to our office on Sunday, September 22"d for a lengthy consultation in regards to our Hair Follicle Replication procedure. During all of our consultations, clients learn about the procedure itself, discuss benefits of the procedure, they are advised that this procedure is a process, will take more than one procedure, and finally they receive a price quote. At this time, Mrs. [redacted] decided our Hair Follicle Replication procedure was a good match for her desired outcome and the procedure was done the same day. Mrs. [redacted] filled out our client forms which we give to all of our clientele prior to beginning any procedure. These forms include a payment agreement that specifies the base cost of the procedure (not including tax and gratuity) which Mrs. [redacted] Signed initialed and dated. This payment Agreement reiterates our NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES. NO EXCEPTION Policy. Mrs. [redacted] was completely aware ofthe price of this procedure and the fact that all services and products were non-refundable prior to commencement of procedure. Aftercare instructions are also a part of our paperwork which Mrs. [redacted] signed stating she read and understood them. I have attached a copy of Mrs. [redacted]’s Payment agreement and Aftercare Instructions for your reference. Right above Mrs. [redacted]’s signature on the Aftercare instructions it states the following;

"I have read and understand the above aftercare instructions. If I have

any questions or concerns regarding these instructions I will call JHON-JHONG’

Cosmetic Enhancement Services at 888-347-2551. I acknowledge that how I follow

these aftercare instructions and my own body chemistry has a direct effect on the

outcome and results of my treatment. Mandatory touch-up service must be

scheduled to retouch color or fading. The cost of this service is free; however

I understand that I am responsible for the cost of the materials needed for

this touch up service (needle, ink, anesthetics etc)”

Unfortunately, in our business with the type of services we offer, we cannot make guarantees. There

are too many variables beyond our control for our company to be able to do so. Our practitioners and our company have no control over a client's body chemistry; a client's natural healing process, or the way a client follows after care instructions. The only thing we can promise is that we will do however many sessions it takes, and be therefor our clients until their desired look is achieved.

Because we are aware our Hair Follicle Replication is a process and will take more than one session, we offer all of our Hair Follicle Replication clients, and Mrs. [redacted] included three free Treatment services within the first year. After Mrs. [redacted] exPressed dissatisfaction with her still healing HFRQ, our company went a step further. We offered to cover the material fees associated with Mrs. [redacted]'s first treatment service accommodate her on another Sunday, when our office is closed. All of this in order to provide the best service possible to Mrs. [redacted] however she has refused to continue with the sessions, and we cannot force a client to continue with the sessions if they do not want to.

I am rejecting this response because:

Jhon Jhon and his staff have failed to recognize that Jhon Jhon went out of my natural hair line. All the "free" treatments are not going to bring my natural hairline back as this is a permanent procedure.

Each and every one of our procedure rooms has multiple mirrors, including the room Mrs. [redacted]’s procedure was done in. At the conclusion of the procedure, Mrs. [redacted] reviewed the work done and specifically requested to do more on the hair line area. Jhon-Jhon complied and added more to the Hairline as Mrs. [redacted] requested. When finished Jhon-Jhon asked Mrs. [redacted] if she was happy and she stated she was extremely happy with the results. At this time, Mrs. [redacted] did a video testimonial about how happy she was with the procedure as well as the experience as a whole. Mrs. [redacted] did NOT mention anything about the Hairline being not to her satisfaction. The day after Mrs. [redacted]’s procedure, September 23rd, as per company procedure, we contacted Mrs. [redacted] to follow up with her and see if she has any questions or concerns. Mrs. [redacted] said she was fine, and she had some questions about aftercare which we answered. Mrs. [redacted] did not mention anything about the Hairline at this time. On September 26th we followed up with Mrs. [redacted] once again, during the conversation Mrs. [redacted] stated she was “doing well” and she “loves her look”.

It was not until October 1, 2013 that Mrs. [redacted] emailed us with concerns about how the area was healing. Mrs. [redacted] stated it didn’t take in some areas. Once again, Mrs. [redacted] did NOT mention she was not happy with the shape of the hair line itself.

A letter was sent certified mail to Mrs. [redacted] on November 12, 2013 from our Attorney stating that our company followed the correct American Academy of Micropigmentation protocol.

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:

I could not have possibly Loved my look. As far as the day after my head was full of scabs and medication. There was no possible way I could have seen my hair line. The procedure itself was extremely painful. (Even Jhon Jhon recommended a pain medication prior) I was trying to get through it. Not look in the mirror and watch it. Jhon Jhon had stated many times during that visit that 99% of people do not need to come back for more. They just offer it as a courtesy for those clients who want more. I was made a promise of a natural look. Instead I have the appearance of spots on my scalp and a severely ruined hair line. Again the procedure was extremely painful I have NO recollection of saying any such thing about adding more to my hair line. Why would I ask him to add to one side and not the other? Because that is what I received. That is how he destroyed my hairline. It is black not brown like my hair color on one side and the other side is skin color. It took just fine everywhere else. My spots are very clear. So his claims of it needing to be a process is just ridiculous. Ultimately I paid over $7,000.00 for ink he mixed in a Dixie cup(When I asked to see what he was mixing he told me he was unable to show me as it was a secret due to competitor purposes) a needle and some A and D Ointment. Not to mention a horrible micro pigmentation of my scalp. This needs to be known by consumers. He made me a woman with very thin hair a promise of natural looking hair follicles. Instead I got spots and he ruined my hairline. It breaks my heart that my 40th birthday present from my husband was something that makes me cry and feel regret everyday. Does Jhon Jhon have morals or values? Because I feel all he cares about is that he covered himself legally. Not that he destroyed my appearance. Not that he made empty promises.

In searching for someone who does this procedure I found a complaint on the Internet that was basically the same as mine. When I brought it to Jhon Jhon's attention he said it was a competitor not a real complaint. I will say he is a very charming person and his promises will make you believe but they left me very empty. All the signs of a snake oil salesman were there. But I fell for his charisma and I am now paying the price.
